Very disappointed with my experience at the UPS Store in Buckingham Green Shopping Center. I ordered a 24x36 sign and was told the total would be around $28–$30, with no mention whatsoever of any design fees. When I went to pick up the sign, not only was it printed much larger than I had requested, but I was also charged unexpected design fees that were never disclosed upfront.
When I explained that the sign would not work for my needs and that I was unhappy about the surprise charges, the manager became visibly irritated and insisted he had told me about the fees — which he absolutely did not. I’m currently planning my son’s graduation party on a budget, and I absolutely would have remembered that conversation had it happened.
I refused the oversized sign and requested a refund, but the entire interaction was made very uncomfortable. The manager stood there staring at me while I awkwardly put my money back in my purse to leave. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience and a complete waste of time”
“Kim and her team were amazing to work with. We attended a dance competition which our girls swept in a trio. However they only received one vinyl award and one plastic wall sign. I went to sever other places before Night Owl Graphics and was told they could not make duplicates. Kim was super helpful and willing to try. They were able to pull it off and recreate the banners and also made thr sign for them as well! The girls were over the moon excited to receive these the other day at nationals. Expected to see me next week with another one as they just killed it again last night and received more!”

I was charmed to learn that Rutherford's has been family-run here in Doylestown for 88 years. The current owner has worked there for more than five decades! They were able to resolve a battery corrosion issue with my Nikon film camera quickly with expertise.
Prices were reasonable, and they had a great selection of film and cameras. I don't know how I hadn't stopped by sooner. Lots of parking and cute shops/restaurants nextdoor as well”
