“My boyfriend's 86yo mother was in need of new batteries in 2 watches. She was frustrated that there was nowhere local anymore. I offered to take care of it for her. After a quick Google search, I stopped in Friday afternoon. The woman at the desk immediately greeted me and took care of both watches in less than 3 minutes. “Went to Douglas Jewelers to get my rings resized after my fingers grew from pregnancy. I was really nervous to get them resized especially because there’s a chance my fingers could still go back to their previous size. They assured me it would be a seamless process and that I can get it resized again if needed to because of the technique they use.
