“I want to thank Marple Automotive Center for being awesome! I was planning a last-minute trip and needed to get my truck in for an oil change. Marple Automotive Center was the only place that could take me on such short notice.
They told me to drop the truck off in the morning and pick it up at the end of the day, and they got the job done quickly and professionally. They were also the most affordable option in the area.
When I picked up my truck, the owner even came out, shook my hand, and personally welcomed me to the automotive center. That kind of customer service really means something.

“I've been coming here for inspection and maintenance for years. This is definitely one of the best shops around. It's almost always pretty busy so it's best to call ahead to schedule appointment. There's no dedicated parking lot (like most shops in Philly), but there's plenty of street parking nearby when dropping off the vehicle. They always explain if there's any fixes needed and get your approval before doing any work. They never try to push any unnecessary services or charge any surprise fees. A++”

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND this establishment!! My college student’s car passed inspection (at a place near home) but they told us the rear brakes needed to be replaced. They were headed back to school so I called a well known chain near campus that was running a “brake special” and after looking at the car they told me it needed over $1700 worth of work. I declined and sent her over to pick up the car—when she went to pick it up they told her not to drive the car more than 25 miles without bringing it back in to have the wheels tightened….WHAT??? Enter Wynnewood Park Service. I called and spoke to Dennis who patiently answered all my questions and scheduled an appointment to look at the car. We had to reschedule the appointment due to the snowstorm, but they looked at the car this morning and it needs….NOTHING—at least not right now. He said the brakes will need replacing but not immediately and that I could safely wait til later in the spring/summer to do the work. He also gave me an estimated cost that was far more reasonable than the first place. As a single mom with a college kid on a fairly tight budget I deeply appreciated his honesty and his explanations of what he found and what would be needed. It was refreshing to work with a shop who operates with such integrity!!!! This will give me time to budget for the work, rather than having to put it on my credit card and I will ABSOLUTELY be returning to Wynnewood Park Service in the spring to have the work done before graduation!!”

“We had a punctured tire that a tire plug would not seal. Fiancée dropped the wheel off to get checked out and received a call back not long after that it was repaired. They put the tire back on for her (saving me from doing so after work), charged a great price, and most importantly made the process easy. “I made an appointment to have my car looked at because of a couple of noises I was hearing. He called and told me exactly what was wrong with my car: a tire rod, axle, tires, and a couple of other minor problems. I wasn’t surprised because I do a lot of driving. (Gig worker). I must say he was very honest and upfront with me about the cost and what was most important to get fixed.
If you are a woman and not sure where to take your car, I highly recommend this place.”

“PA Tire and Auto is BY FAR the best place to take your car in the area. I had a nail in my tire and brought it in to them. Bram, the manager, called me almost immediately after to tell me that all four of my tires were completely dry rotted way more than he had ever seen on a new car that had less than 18k miles. He encouraged me to call the manufacturer and go through the warranty to get them replaced. Bram could have lied and told me the state of my tires was on track for the lifespan of them, and sold me 4 new tires. But he didn't do that- he was honest and transparent and told me to fight for a warranty because I deserved it. No only that- Bram spent probably a few hours on the phone with Yokohama himself when they demanded to speak to a mechanic who had seen and measured the premature rot in my tires. All the while, he knew his shop wouldn't be able to carry out the warranty themselves because they are not a dealership, which would be authorized to do warranties with this specific brand of tire. In short, he encouraged me and helped me get a warranty on my tires because it was in MY best interest to do that. It wasn't in his best interest or the shop's best interest but he did it anyway. He has integrity and an admirable work ethic. He was so patient and kind that he has won a customer for life. Thank you for everything, Bram!!!”

“All of the mechanics here are great. Brad is always making sure to hook me up with the best and affordable prices. Once during the winter, instead of wasting my money and our time, he told me to wait till after the ice melts and come back in if the issue was still happening. Huge life saver! I come to this place for all my car work, inspections, oil changes, and any noise my car might make that I'm unsure of. I live fairly close by, and so Brad has also picked me up from my house to come to the shop so that I can pay and take my car home without having to pay for an Uber, or wait for someone else to be free! These guys are worth the time, effort, and money.”
