“Charles was the best help when I got a flat tire on the way to the airport. He said he would be there in thirty minutes and he showed up in less than five. He skipped picking up his lunch and getting gas because I mentioned feeling scared sitting on the side of 95 with cars flying by so close to my car. I was actually terrified for him as he hooked the car up to the truck. Charles was great company on the way to have my tire replaced as we talked about his love for his children and family. Sometimes you just have bad days, but if you find yourself needing help, this is definitely where you should get it. Not only did Charles come quicker to pick me up, he helped another car put air in a tire at a gas station because he noticed they looked a little confused. Thank you for adding good to this world Charles!”

“I cannot rave enough about this auto body shop. I was referred here by 1st Rate Autobody across the street. They do all my mechanic work (fair pricing, doesn’t take advantage of women who doesn’t know anything about cars)
I got into an accident in January & the person who hit me, their insurance were not willing to pay for the damages.
Christine at the front desk of Papa Autobody was. SO SO SO helpful & made this stressful experience as smooth as it could go.
She provided every update via text, very good with communication. She dealt with the other insurance endlessly & finally got the approval I needed to get the car fixed. I can’t thank them enough!
Only two minor things:
- My car had an air pressure of 17 when I left (I spun back around & they put air in it for me)
- My back up camera wasn’t working (I brought it in the next morning for them to reprogram)
Everything was a quick & easy fix! I’d recommend them over & over again.”

“I can’t recommend this auto body shop enough. The team is not only incredibly kind and honest, but they also go above and beyond to minimize any inconvenience, especially during what often can be a stressful experience.
The repair was completed promptly, my car looks brand new, and they even realigned and reattached my bumper (which had been repeatedly falling off due to a separate incident where someone had hit it and left) at no extra charge, in addition to running my car through the wash, cleaning the inside, and shining it. They took so much care with it and my car’s never looked better.
While I hope I won’t need their services again anytime soon, this will absolutely be my go-to shop if I do. I’ll be recommending them to anyone I know dealing with car repairs, they made the whole process so seamless. I’m truly appreciative of their professionalism and integrity. Thank you guys so much!”
