“I just moved to the area 2 months ago and I've never been to a post office who had such nice employees! This will be my go-to post office for any of my needs. It's not too busy either. I was in and out in 3 minuets.”

“There is definitely a Post Office in the Ace Hardware store. You do go to aisle number 27 and it's to your right. The only thing I didn't know is that if you take shipping tape off of the wall by the Post Office you have to pay for it at the front counter. I was taping a package while waiting in line, and the post office clerk said that had to be rung up at the front register. No biggie. That is not postal office property so you have to pay for that at the front counter instead of at the Post Office area. So glad there is a post office close to me. I had no idea!”

“Best post office I’ve ever been to. Not sure why people are complaining about package or mail delivery. As a (physical) location it is top notch.”

73 Bridge Street, Milford NJ 08848
“Walking into the Milford Post office is made so pleasant by the outstanding clerks. Shoutout to Andrew and Debbie, always so friendly. As soon as I walk in they remember me by name and run to the back to fetch our packages. As of Nov 2025, we are currently receiving mail in Frenchtown due to temporary maintenance in Milford. When I Went to check my mail down in Frenchtown, Andrew was there and immediately ran over to get my mail. I really appreciate the care and friendliness I am greeted with every time I go in.”

“Hellertown Post Office rocks. Courteous, pleasant and knowledgeable. Staff are professional, in a good mood, ready with a smile or two and a chuckle. They are willing to answer questions and assist in anyway. Our ex carrier would go the extra mile for a customer. Miss living in Hellertown.”

“Perfect service ?? The person at the counter was so kind, positive, empathetic and helpful. There is a 30 day rule to collect the mails when I was away for holiday. He asked his manager and got the confirmation for my exceptional situation.”

“There is a new postmaster here and after living here for many years now I finally have hope. The cranky and rude former Postmaster here finally retired and they brought in someone who is from Brooklyn and he is kind and courteous and trying to really bring this post office around and I hear now its better than some surrounding small post offices. Now they have two pickups that take our mail(I live in the Tinicum section of Ottsville) to Philly distribution center which now also is better than many small surrounding post offices and he is trying to update and bring in more services like full passport service because he empathizes that we should not need to drive far to get these services. Also I see our mail delivery is much better and daily again and even earlier many days! I am very hopeful and grateful! Julie Wenskoski”
