“Fast and friendly. I usually don't have to wait too long to get service. The people here are always knowledgeable and in a good mood. The same cannot be said for all post offices. Always appears clean and sanitary.”

“There is definitely a Post Office in the Ace Hardware store. You do go to aisle number 27 and it's to your right. The only thing I didn't know is that if you take shipping tape off of the wall by the Post Office you have to pay for it at the front counter. I was taping a package while waiting in line, and the post office clerk said that had to be rung up at the front register. No biggie. That is not postal office property so you have to pay for that at the front counter instead of at the Post Office area. So glad there is a post office close to me. I had no idea!”

“Hellertown Post Office rocks. Courteous, pleasant and knowledgeable. Staff are professional, in a good mood, ready with a smile or two and a chuckle. They are willing to answer questions and assist in anyway. Our ex carrier would go the extra mile for a customer. Miss living in Hellertown.”
“I've lived in Milford my whole life. The USPS in town in an institution, with employees that are always kind and helpful. Thankful for all their hard work, despite not even being able to get basic funding.”
“I live in Milford but use the Upper Black Eddy PO for all my out going mail. The window service is always prompt and courteous. The main advantage over Milford is the sorting center out of PA is much quicker saving days in delivery time.”
“Post office and their workers don’t usually get a lot of praise but this one, at least the retail associate I interacted with, does. I didn’t get his name but he worked the morning of 10/14/23. “Window is open 9:30 am-4:30 pm, closed for lunch from 1:00-2:00pm. Nice, friendly postmaster, modern checkout technology (rare in thesee parts) and great little unofficial public library of books that people bring in and drop off so others can borrow. No one monitors it -- all on the honor system. But nice to have for a community without one. And this office has longer hours than the one down the street in Ferndale that's only open from 12:00-4:00 at the window, with boxes available till 4:30 pm.”
