UPDATE: prices are starting to get a bit expensive. As much money as they make and as a continuous/consistent returning customer, the service is not as good as it was before. I was told they didn't do welding on mufflers, and they sent me down the street to another shop. Which was fine. But then I went back for an oil change and was asked about my muffler situation, which about a month apart, and all of a sudden, now they can repair mufflers. He ordered the exhaust for me, but I never went back to get the job done. He was overcharging me for the work. I ended up going to master muffler and received a way better deal and waited for my car that was done an hour. My opinion they are just being greedy at this point. I haven't been back since then. And I was loyal to flynns tires. I guess things are always good in the beginning. Never again.”

“So I broke down just off the crafton/moon run rd exit off 79 and got towed to Meineke because it was the closest. Never been there before. The next morning they were able to run an electrical diagnostic test to find the problem of why my car completely died on me, turned out the alternator was shot. Would’ve only took them a couple days to fix but they even suggested that I go the dealership where I get most of my service done to get it fixed sooner. Turned out, that was my best option. So when I returned to Meineke to wait for the tow truck and pay for the diagnostic test they ran ($150), they didn’t even make me pay for it! These guys here at Meineke are truly good people and will look out for the common person! They knew I would already be paying close to $1000 else where to fix my alternator and still went out of their way to save me an extra $150. It’s good to see there are still good people out there and not everyone is trying to nickel and dime you. I’m sure they do great work here also but one thing I can say for sure, is that these people here at Meineke will have your best interest at heart! Thank you again Meineke!!”

“I came in to get my brakes replaced. Sam was very helpful. He took my safety and my vehicle's safety very seriously. He provided service immediately when I arrived at the shop and was able to have the parts I needed delivered within 30 mins, all for a much more reasonable price than I would expect at other auto shops.

“Was on my way to an important event that I was leading, and had a 3 hour drive ahead of me. While getting gas, noticed a nail in my tire. Swung by Mr Tire for help and explained the urgency of getting it repaired quickly. The manager was wonderful, even called his mechanic to see if he could arrive sooner, as only one mechanic was working. He did arrive about 10 minutes early for his shift. He was able to patch my tire and after an hour, I was on my way. I watched the mechanic and he gathered various tools from different locations, and also paused several times to get on his iPad. I don’t know the process and protocols, but I have to say that it appeared very inefficient. I have had tire patches before and it took other shops less than 10 minutes to get the job done. I’m grateful for the service of these two, but I think management should reevaluate a few things to create greater efficiency which would lead to greater customer satisfaction, more customers being served, and repeat business.”

We had to have some front-end work done after a wreck, and Centerline gave us a reasonable quote, got the parts ordered, and got the work done in no time at all. They kept us updated daily which was super appreciated. Our car looks amazing now, and they even detailed it for us before giving it back.”

“I had a 4-wheel alignment done here on 9/2 and follow-up service on 10/15. The rear tires are still showing severe inner-edge wear after ~5,000 miles. I contacted the service advisor multiple times by text and email, but received no reply. The issue remains unresolved. Very disappointing experience. 12/18 After further inspection and adjustment, the rear tire wear appears to be resolved so far. I will continue to monitor it, but everything looks good at this point. Thank you for the follow-up and support.”

“I recently had a very positive experience with Maceil’s Auto Body and am rating them with the highest 5 stars. Keith Maceil and his staff are honest, professional and friendly. My new 2023 van had received parking lot scrapes, abrasions and scratches. Maceil’s provided an estimate including the time and described the process they would use. Their rates are also posted in the office and are very reasonable. They scheduled the service within a short timeframe and at my convenience. The van was returned on schedule and was washed and polished looking brand new again! I would highly recommend Maceil’s.”
