“I found this place through a coupon mailer sent to my house. My only complaint is that it advertised a $59.99 full synthetic oil change and tire rotation, but of course there were other fees. Why not give the whole price up front? Other than that, no complaints. I made an appointment online, dropped off the car, and returned at my leisure. Everything went smoothly and well.”

How many times have you been told you need brakes and rotors? rotors typically last thru several sets of brake pads when changed as needed and not abused. you wont pay more then you have to here Trust me. “I had a 4-wheel alignment done here on 9/2 and follow-up service on 10/15. The rear tires are still showing severe inner-edge wear after ~5,000 miles. I contacted the service advisor multiple times by text and email, but received no reply. The issue remains unresolved. Very disappointing experience. 12/18 After further inspection and adjustment, the rear tire wear appears to be resolved so far. I will continue to monitor it, but everything looks good at this point. Thank you for the follow-up and support.”

We have been here a few times for inspections over the years, as well as needing repairs for bearings, brakes and rotors. They are ALWAYS so kind and courteous, and their pricing is always reasonable.
I would trust sending anyone to them for work, and we definitely will return anytime we might need them in the future.

“I am usually very on top of my car maintenance but the perfect storm happened. Being down to a very low amount of oil left in my vehicle I had to make an emergency pit stop to get it changed. Thankfully One Pitt Stop Auto Care was close by, after driving up, some pleasant conversation, my oil was changed, and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend going here!”

Mechanics showed me what the issue was and provided insight on the repair. A/C still blows cold; highly recommend these guys, 10/10.”
