I went to this Sheetz on July 3 at around 4 PM. I ordered two orders of the French toast sticks and they were terrible. I watched the young man take them out of the fryer and put them in the cinnamon sugar and into the two boxes. And there they sat for at least 10 minutes. I didn't know whether to say anything because I wasn't sure they were mine. But it was very slow and they had one or two people working. By the time the lady got to my order she asked the young guy where they were and he pointed at the two boxes on the counter. The woman brought them over to bag them up and I asked her to make sure they were still hot because they had Been sitting there for a while. And she said yes and I asked for extra cinnamon sugar on them, which she did. I left and didn't open them until I was on the road and they were lukewarm at best and soggy at worst. The extra cinnamon sugar she put on it was just dumped on them. They were disgusting and I was very disappointed because Sheetz is my favorite place to go and this is one of the favorite items that I buy usually. I'm not sure I'll be buying them again at Sheetz.

Sat and waited for my food for over 30 mins for them to tell me they forgot it and had to redo it all over again

Ordered MTO food on the app 30 minutes prior to arriving to pick up the food. The app said the food would be ready in 15 minutes but 45 minutes after I arrived my food still was not ready. When I asked how much longer it would be I was just told “it will be a wait”. I guess 75 minutes isn’t enough time for a fast food place to make a burger which is completely absurd and unheard of. Nothing was done to make it right I was only offered a refund which does nothing to reconcile a 75 minute wait for food that I never even got.

After paying for our food, the staff wanted to argue in front of other customers, saying the order was not paid for.... Clearly the receipt showed it was.... How about hire a few employees who can actually read. Stop paying people to smile at customers and open bags while everyone else is overwhelmingly busy....

I absolutely love their cheesecake milkshakes but every shift does things differently and half the time I end up waiting far too long and then they hand me a cup of flavored milk. Complain about it and the one manager acts as if it's my fault. Um, sorry I paid for it and y'all left it sit on a counter back there as I stand in front of the pick up window. Then I'm given issues about remaking it. Then other times the cashier promptly gets it for me no issues there. And yet another way they do it is that stupid shelf that's almost taller than I am. Pick one way and stick to it. Maybe then you won't have to remake it

Needed my coffee and a few other things this morning. Wanted give shout out to Dan on counter. He was very courteous and efficient. Also, Ashley and I believe his name is Tom in kitchen. First time being waited on by Tom. He was so kind and sweet. Ashley has waited on me numerous times. She is awesome.

I will never onder from this store again save your money and go some another place values their customers the staff at night don't want to do their job and then when you call to speak to the boss of the store they don't want to speak they send their another staff to speak to you the whole store needs to be fired and replace with new if I can give this store a 0 star review i would

This is without of doubt the worst and slowest sheetz on the planet. They are nice and friendly but work at a snails pace. Standing here waiting for my mto 23 mins and there was 2 people here in front of me, all I got was hot dogs

That bathroom was disgusting. Every stall was dirty. And there was no paper towels in the ladies room. The one soap dispenser was empty. If they let the bathroom like that, I would be nervous to get food at this specific store.
