I would really like to mention Luis from the call center for this industry for handling a very urgent situation I had. I felt very listened to, and also very informed as Dr. Burbano took the time to explain everything that was going on, as well as a range of options going forward. Also to note- the Dr actually got on the floor with my pup and did a nose to tail exam, something my former vet never did.
They were very up front about pricing for everything, and were very understanding of my needs.

Everyone here is amazing.
My cat had an emergency and when I brought him to a Hospital, they gave me a grim prognosis. Practically saying my boy was going to die after only an ultrasound. Demanding thousands of dollars for a deposit to preform any treatment Or advising on euthanasia.
I knew my boy wasn’t done yet and I just knew they were wrong in their diagnosis.
I didn’t trust that hospital so the next day I found The cat clinic for a second opinion.
The staff at the cat clinic were so compassionate and understanding.
No one wants to worry about money when your family is ill but unfortunately times are tough. The team went over the cost of everything. Helping me to decide which tests to start with.
Fast forward and now My boy is making an amazing recovery. That grim prognosis was completely wrong.
I’m so thankful for this team.
