“Pulled into Ronks needing an emergency repair on brakes. They were technically closed on a weekend, but Jason seeing my situation stayed after hours and made all the repairs. He went above and beyond just getting the parts and amazing customer service with a very fair price. Jason had me back on the road within a couple hours. “I had two relatively new tires on the passenger side of my car that suddenly weren’t holding air. I thought maybe I had hit a curb at some point and damaged the tires, or worse, bent my rims. I took my car to Goods and, lo and behold, they found a nail in each tire. A lot of garages would have tried to sell me two new tires, but Goods patched the holes and got me out the door for less than a hundred bucks. Appreciate it!”
“I personally come to the table believing that car sales person and entities are inherently crooks, so bear this in mind when reading my review. I purchased a car from Keller Bros because of a young gentleman who had much sincerity and transparency in his customer experience and commitment. His name was Joel. It was because of Joel that I purchased a truck from this establishment. While I appreciated the support systems behind him that ultimately made the deal work to where I would sign it... the golden egg was Joel.. Having people like him on the front lines really make an impression. Though I'm sure everyone else there was committed and dedicated, it was him who truly made me choose Keller Bros over what seemed like endless other dealers in Lancaster County.”

“Went to get an estimate because we hit a deer, Rikki was super helpful and really explained the process and the owner fixed my door which was popped out in front and also attached my bumper which he did while I was scheduling inside which I thought was super nice and awesome because he didnt have to do that considering I was just there for a estimate. I chose Continental ExtremeContact DWS 06 tires, which offer excellent traction and handling. Just a tip call and pre-order your tires.”
“Just took my car there for the first time because i just moved and it's in walking distance. Thought i might be having some engine problems due to performance issues but it just turned out my engine oil was low and needed changed and Volkswagons suck. Didn't feel cheated or taken advantage of. Loved the communication and transparency. Will be taking my car there in the future.
EDIT: Its been a year since my previous review. I took my car here to get inspected last week and got a quote 500 dollars cheaper for necessary repairs than another shop where I used to take my car. Wanted to see which place is better, and Park Place was better in every way and saved me hundreds of dollars. So happy I finally found a reputable mechanic! Highly recommend!”

“When traveling through PA, hundreds of miles from home, we noticed gasoline leaking from the bottom of our car when filling up.
The folks at Synergy very kindly accommodated us, and were able to successfully repair a gasoline hose between the filler tube and the tank into which a rodent had bitten a hole. The repair was a temporary one, since a replacement hose was not readily available, but they were able to get us back on the road so that we were able to complete our trip visiting family and friends, and were able to get home safely. Thank you, thank you, and thank you again. The people of the Strasburg area are very lucky to have Synergy Service Center in their community.”

“EXCELLENT customer service isn't the only outstanding element at Car Clinic, I'm thrilled I followed my friend's suggestion to give them a go with my beloved Subaru! Scheduling my appointment was painless, Heather is outstanding, helpful, and kind. Clint followed up with me once he got his hands on my car to see what it needed, and together we came up with a plan that worked with the shop's schedule, my purse, and the safety of my vehicle. AND they put the cherry on top with little extras (like - the Car Clinic water bottle in my cup holder when I got in my vehicle, a nice touch) My reg/insurance papers were just floating around my glovebox and they equipped me with a sweet plastic sleeve with their logo on it, just to help me keep it together in this hectic world and I appreciated that! My repairs were smooth and completed the same day, I couldn't have designed a better experience, thanks CC, you've got a whole household making the switch to your clinic, keep up the good work!”

“We had a great experience. We are closer to the Hanover location however they weren’t able to repair our truck due to the material it was. They were able to send it to their New Holland location (no extra cost) for the repairs we needed. They updated us via text about the progress and kept us informed. “M & R saved me! I'm from out of town and the weird 5 point intersection in front of the shop was overgrown with weeds. In the middle of a turn, another car was flying down one of the other points and looked like they weren't going to stop. I braked, lost sight of the end of the curb, and slammed the edge hard enough to rip open one tire and damage another.
Luckily, M&R was literally right there. I walked over, saw Meredith, and explained the situation. She looked at my wheels immediately and took me back to the service center. They texted me a quote within 10 minutes, and were kind, courteous and honest, and had new tires on within a few hours. If it had to happen, I'm so glad it happened right in front of M & R!”
