They help me locate items, and make recommendations for the best option for my needs - even if they have a less expensive recommendation! They always offer to carry heavy items - not necessary, but appreciated. If one associate needs assistance to answer my query, another is always willing to step up. And, they are always very pleasant and knowledgable - something not often found in any retail setting in today's world. I always start my search for hardware items at this ACE, and often expand to other items, such as a few toys for the Toys for Tots Marine Corp. collection bin.
