“I have been working with Convenience Collision Inc. with every vehicle for about 2-3 years now. When I had my previous vehicle I got into an accident, used a different mechanic. Wasn’t the best experience, but when my church recommended CCI, I have been nothing but happy and grateful for what wonderful service and care done to each vehicle. Grateful to go to someone that I can trust and rely on for all the work that needs to get done on my vehicles without doing half the job. I got into an accident a couple months ago, called CCI and he was able to squeeze me into his tight busy schedule around the Thanksgiving and Christmas season. “Our van broke down on I-80 near the Del Water Gap on a cold Friday night in December, with our family of 5 headed toward NYC from Ohio for Christmas. Called CHC and their tow driver, Jesse, was there within 5-10 minutes, and had us hooked up and towed very quickly. Because we couldn’t all fit in the cab, the owner herself came in her personal vehicle to pick us up and bring us back to the shop. The owners stayed late while Jesse worked to get the car fixed and get us back on our way, literally saving our Christmas vacation! And they made us comfortable with snacks, coffee and hot chocolate for the teenagers while we waited (and even some special honey cough drops for one of them). Now that’s full service, and with a smile! Thank you CHC! Highly highly recommend (though I hope we won’t be back soon :))”
“Last night, a gentleman that works for C&G Towing happened to be filling up his tow truck with gas at the very gas station we were broken down at...When he saw us he eagerly came to our aid by testing our battery and alternator. He quickly deemed the alternator was working, but the battery was dead.He then used a battery charger to jump our car and we were able to make it 30 miles back to home!I don't think we ever had a better experience with a towing company. In the future, we will not even call AAA. “This is an excellent shop. I started going to this shop back in 2017. I found them thru Google. I bought a honda from Nick sr. He put a new motor in it for me. Ive never had it for almost 2 years now and havent any issues to this date This shop has had a Motor put in my 2004 accord, a muffler on my 2008 expedition , a front and rear bearings on my 2004 explorer, new complete front suspension and rear brakes on my 2004 sonota and I have never had an issue. The prices were very reasonable and the staff is a group of good, hard working honest people. Nick Sr the owner is an honest stand up man. Im lucky to have found this shop. A godsend.”
