I had to get a new set of calipers for my truck a few weeks ago and this o'reillys was the only auto parts store in a 100 mile radius that got me the right part the first time. Rachel is the only person that I trust to get me the right part the first time.

Not sure what Denise did, Rachael has been very professional, knowledgeable and courteous to me. Always very helpful and never rude. She has always gone over and above while doing her job.
