“We love Dr. Brenneman. Our dogs always dread going to the vet but Dr. Brenneman is so good with them! Offering them treaties and giving head scratches! All the staff is very friendly and willing to help! We moved 40 min away and still choose to take our fur babies here!”
“The staff was great but the “pre-registration” needs work. I always pre register and I check in when I pull into the parking lot. Walk to the line. Then some are told to scan the QR code then go walk around until we receive a text. Told not to stand in line. From what I seen I was definitely first checking in. So having common sense I should be first being seen. That’s not how it went. After I got my text I went and stood at the “start here” sign, exactly as the text said. As I’m standing there I’m seeing one, two, three, four people go in. People that were there way after me. I go into the next aisle and I’m seeing more people that just came in being checked in and put in line to be seen. Not being told to go walk around. ?♀️ finally after 2 more people (again, more that came AFTER me) I was finally allowed to go back. I go early and pre register for a reason. I work nights and have minimal time yet I care about my pets and their wellbeing. Registration needs a huge overhaul. You should be seen the order you are checked in. People who refuse to follow directions shouldn’t be rewarded with fast service. Please do something about this.”

“Had a vet appointment today at riverside veterinary clinic today. First the receptionist was very accommodating with setting up and also rescheduled because I had to cancel my first appointment. When I arrived today they were very helpful and helped me with carrying my cat into the examining room which is difficult for me because I am on oxygen. Dr Mirro was very thorough. He checked temperature, ears, listened to his lungs and did xrays. I was pleasantly surprised that the bill was a lot lower than expected. Will continue bringing our pets to this clinic.”

“My cat Boots does not like strangers at all but she was very comfortable with the vet and all of the staff to the point she allowed them to pet her. They treated her and gave her the best care I could have ever wanted and went back to them when she was very sick.”

“Everytime I come here the girls are always so wonderful. They're kind and they care about your pet like it's their own. I see Dr Samson and Dr Kim both regularly for my cats and I love them both. The price here is a bit expensive but in my opinion the care you receive is worth the price.”
