Cvs on Ridge is horrible! Find another pharmacy and quick. They give wrong prescriptions and lack customer service.

Good luck trying to call and connect with a real person - pharmacy closed on me while I’m trying to connect and took 7 minutes to get me a real person. Not the stores fault but CVS as a whole

I've been visiting this CVS for nearly three years and it's consistently been a great experience. The pharmacists and staff are excellent. They are always patient, helpful, and professional. Whether I’m picking up a prescription through their quick and efficient drive-through pharmacy, getting a vaccine, or asking a health-related question, I always feel well taken care of.
The store itself is well-stocked. I’ve stopped in for everything from snacks and last-minute recipe ingredients to phone chargers, and I almost always leave with exactly what I came for— unless I talk myself out of grabbing a sweet treat! I was pleasantly surprised to see they carry healthy household plants.
Customer service here is top-notch, and it’s clear the staff take pride in their work. Highly recommend this location for both convenience and care.

I keep returning to this store because the staff is so helpful and awesome! Today Galaxy and Candy were sheros, helping me navigate the photo shop for prints from my phone. Thank you very much!

Always great service with friendly staff inside the store and drive through. The pharmacy staff is exceptional! I wish that I had been coming to this CVS since it opened. I never would have wasted my time in any other CVS or pharmacy! Really well stocked all of the time, had to add that! Thank you for everything!

TLDR: take the time to drive to a different CVS, theyre going to send you to another one anyway.Terrible pharmacy. One person told me my prescription would be ready in 20 mins, then an hour later i get a text saying my script is being prepared. So i waited a couple more hours and went to pick it up. A different person said they dont even have it in stock and theyd have to get it shipped so they wouldnt have it for another day or two. They said the first person shouldnt have told me 20 minutes. If i hadnt have come back they would have never even checked to see if they needed to order it, god knows how long i would have waited.Then she proceeded to send the script to the wrong cvs location and didnt even bother to tell me they would be closed by the time i get there.I called this cvs back the next day to express the frustration it caused me and their excuse was that all their employees are new. Thats not an excuse. This is medication and it shouldn't be more difficult than getting a McDonald's order.
