TLDR: take the time to drive to a different CVS, theyre going to send you to another one anyway.Terrible pharmacy. One person told me my prescription would be ready in 20 mins, then an hour later i get a text saying my script is being prepared. So i waited a couple more hours and went to pick it up. A different person said they dont even have it in stock and theyd have to get it shipped so they wouldnt have it for another day or two. They said the first person shouldnt have told me 20 minutes. If i hadnt have come back they would have never even checked to see if they needed to order it, god knows how long i would have waited.Then she proceeded to send the script to the wrong cvs location and didnt even bother to tell me they would be closed by the time i get there.I called this cvs back the next day to express the frustration it caused me and their excuse was that all their employees are new. Thats not an excuse. This is medication and it shouldn't be more difficult than getting a McDonald's order.

This is an unfortunately terrible pharmacy, I feel bad for the overworked staff there. The CVS systems are just completely non-functional awful— they never seem to be able to correctly fill prescriptions in a timely way. I have an “auto-fill” prescription for an asthma inhaler that they cannot ever regularly fill- I have had to go off the maintenance medication twice as I scramble to find it. There are always a myriad of other problems in picking up and filling prescriptions. DO NOT go here unless you have to use CVS, which I do because of my work.

They don't have my prescription in stock, but won't tell me which CVS has it. They want me to drive to each CVS after getting a physical script to carry with me.Try another company.

I arrived right before closing last night (Tuesday). The lady that was closing helped me find what I was looking for. I wish I got her name. She was the pretty one that was locking the front doors as I was leaving , She was a life savior . Thanks again.

Been having serious difficulty with obtaining my medication with them for months now, and their staff has done nothing but send me on wild goose chases or give up and tell me to just find another pharmacy. Customer service on their phone has fallen apart, and even my doctor’s office agrees that they are a complete mess. Things were fine with them up until around December 2022. Not sure what’s going on recently that’s made them fall apart, but dealing with them has been a frustrating experience and I will never be going back to this particular CVS.

Ive only read negative reviews. Why can’t people take the time to praise wonderful service. This world is so negative..it’s time we step up and commend the ones who need it. I take care of two people and myself and I seem to be at the pharmacy more often than not. There is this one wonderful employee that needs all the kudos!!! Her name is Holiday and she is the sweetest thing. Always soft spoken and nice to everyone. She shows everyone the most respect and she should be commended for that. In todays world we only get treated with short tempers and bad behaviors from store employees. Holiday is in a class all her own. She is just wonderful!! All the other staff has been great at this location also.

Called to check on prescription refill, needed doctors office to okay refill so pharmacy did that request and I got the prescription the next day. Definitely good and professional service .

Disappointed to find no "public" blood pressure machine in a CVS especially with all of their area surrounding minute clinics without appointments. I was told I can buy one in aisle 16.

The only reason this location got a 2 from me is because the front staff was nice. The pharmacy however is a different story. The pharmacist and the techs told me they could not refill my nasal spray because I wasn’t a regular customer and my current CVS has it on hold. I said this doesn’t sound right it’s only nasal spray and then the tech instructed me I could buy it over the counter which I wasn’t doing since I pay for my health coverage through my job.

Just went to buy soap, you read that right, *soap*. The one I wanted was locked so I paged customer service: I was told by the worker who responded that “no one here has the key to open that, sorry for the inconvenience.” To recap: I was looking at the soap I wanted and was told I can’t buy it and had to leave without the soap. Two thumbs down.
