“I took my 15 year old son in to deposit his very first paycheck today and was helped by Rachel. After taking care of the deposit she helped clear up some confusion over his new accounts as well as took the time to patiently walk him through setting up his mobile banking app that we had struggled with at home. It doesn't sound like much, but it was so refreshing to have an easy breezy business experience for once. Someone please let Rachel turn up the AC and little as a reward for excellent service! “Showed up at 1:09 teller was walking last person out and they let me in. The bank closed 10 minutes prior to that but the went out of their way to help me out! It was so great they took the time to do that for me what a great local bank. That's what you get for a local bank. Nice location off park drive 363 north. Plenty of parking around the bank. 24 hour outside ATM.”
