“This store is amazing and an employee tonight went above and beyond for me, literally saving me $2000 from a company claiming they did not receive my return. I wish I got his name but YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE KING!!! 🏆🏆🏆 THANK YOU!!!”
“I am so grateful to have the UPS store close by. I've always had superior service, with fast, friendly agents, including the manager Sylvia, Nigel, and new Jacqueline. I really cannot speak highly enough about the store leader, Sylvia. She is a dynamo, you're done before you walk in! Unbelievable service, kindness, helpfulness-- the best business ever. Thank you so much for all you do, UPS agents! No way could I accomplish so many tasks and life necessities without you! You all rock! ❤️”
“I use UPS locations all across central and eastern PA several times a week to ship items for work. The EXTON location was phenomenal. Daniel, the owner, was present and went above and beyond to help me. Winter, the associate present, was so kind, patient and welcoming. Highly recommend this location!”
“There is one employee there who is always very kind & helpful, her name is Pam. I am a senior and she goes out of her way to help me thru this technology of trying to return a package.”
“Store 1152 was terrific

“Khia, is very helpful and gave special care and attention to my project. She listened to my needs and quickly created a beautiful book for a sales presentation. Thank you!!”
“Great for postal needs. I have dropped USPS and Fed Ex packages here and had no issues. Team is communicative and goes through all the info for the carrier you are using. I recommend them for your shipping needs.”
“We mainly do returns packages or already labeled items here.
Have always had good experiences (*knock on wood).
Figured i should leave a positive review when i saw how low the rating was when i went to check hours here.”
“The staff at this USPS location are friendly, compared to other locations I've visited. Chanisia in particular was very helpful and made the passport process smooth and efficient. Thank you!”
“I was worried about my package and so I called and even tho the wait was very long I has a AWSOME customer service rep named HARSH that went out of his way to assure me that my packages were being delivered to the right address and that they were on the way I so appreciate him taking his time not rushing me off the phone and listening to my worries and puttingvmy mind at ease. because the last thing I want to do is worry about my packages the day before valentines day! Thanks Again HARSH!!!”
