“James was amazing. He called me as soon as I received the appointment confirmation text & got me in for an even earlier appointment. All of the guys at the shop were great but James needs to be given some recognition for his outstanding customer service skills. I was not having the best couple of days (tire blow outs are never fun!) but he completely turned my afternoon around with his kindness, positivity & genuine willingness to help me! My car has some other “ailments” that need to be addressed soon & I wouldn’t think of taking my car anywhere else based on my first experience with the shop. Amazing job!”

“I came in for a flat tire found out I had a nail and two or three of my tires and some weird places probably when I ran past the construction site got in they got my car done that same day took care of another problem that I had that was estimated at twice what Mavis actually charged me so today as much as can be a good day for auto repair was absolutely a good day Thank you fellas appreciate you Josh and Rue Jove
