He and his team plugged my tire (since it was getting late and had no luck with tire places), They were able to get it fixed and back on the road last evening. I highly recommend!”
“We stopped at Ed Forde Service Center without an appointment right after picking up our new Tesla Model Y, and they fit us in immediately for the Pennsylvania inspection. When we returned less than an hour later, everything was ready—and they had even neatly trimmed our registration and insurance documents and placed them in a protective sleeve that fit perfectly in the glove box. They absolutely didn’t have to add that thoughtful touch, but it showed how much care they put into the entire experience. “I brought my car to DeWane’s after a coworker recommended them. I was super stressed out after another shop near Norristown failed my state inspection and claimed I needed $3,500 in repairs. I only bought this 2018 car a year ago, so a $3.5k bill was the last thing I needed.
Luckily, I had a family member who’s a mechanic double-check it, and he confirmed the other shop was just making stuff up to rip me off.

“Awesome customer service from the minute I called.Needed a rim that couldn't be located in NYC and these guys are awesome. Called on Friday couldn't make it out on Saturday but came Monday noon time and wheels were ready for pick up as promised. Didn't have to pay over the phone they had everything ready when i arrived. Would not mind to take another 3hr trip to do business here. Keep in mind the prices are way more than fair and they have a pick and pull in case you forget other needed parts. “My car was unfortunately totaled and had to be towed by Tommy's Main Line towing. However, dealing with them was a complete pleasure. I had to go to pick up my things from my car and I had kayak racks on top of my car that had to be removed. I was injured in the crash, and they graciously took the racks off for me. Rachel at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Despite the unfortunate event, the aftermath was smooth and straightforward. I was grateful for their smiling faces.”

“My intermittent no start problem suddenly became permanent. Brigitte could not have been nicer making arrangements. Even tho they were full with apptments (always a sign of a good shop) they let me tow there and kept it until they could get to it, in only 2 days. They were able to diagnose and fix the 1st day they worked on it, for a very fair price. Thank you and looking forward to coming back.”
