I show up and meet with Dan, coolest guy ever, who takes in charge my car and says that he will be done in 25 min. This is a Friday afternoon at 3pm! And that’s the happy ending: great price for an experienced diagnosis and repair. I’m back on the road. Thank you!”

“I had a great experience at Sunset Auto for my recent auto inspection. Both the owner and son were professional and conducted the inspection and fixed my car thoroughly. They communicated their findings clearly and provided honest advice without any upselling about an issue I had with the car. I have no doubt they are extremely fair and honest people. The service was incredibly prompt, (everything was fixed fast!) and the shop itself was clean. I appreciate that they allow one to buy their own parts if desired as well (and only charge for labor). “All I can say is this is the best Volvo dealer around I come all the way from nj to work with these wonderful people. They make leasing or buying a new Volvo the best experience possible. They even delivered my car the whole transition was seamless and relaxed. Marc Handelsman was the best salesman and he really cared about me and my budget and got me into the car I wanted for the right price. He gave me a goodie bag for my car with all Volvo things which was so thoughtful. I really enjoyed working with Marc and will in the future again. This is not my first Volvo from Faulkner and I hope it won't be my last. Call Marc trust me he will make you feel relaxed and make the whole experience easy. I want to also thank Matt in finance he is great he was my first salesman last car and now he's switched over to finance great person. “Very good technicians, found the issue with my truck and was able to fix it same day so I wasn't without it and needing to lose time at work. I will without a doubt be back again if needed with any of my other vehicles, location is minutes from me but I will travel knowing they are honest, fair and fast. The technician brian went above and beyond with communication with me throughout the day and detailed the repairs and never tried to upsell.”

“Honest, Fair, will tell you what you actually need and not add on a bunch of stuff that you don't need. They send their customers Christmas cards with coupons and reminders but not overbearingly with the reminders. Only place I will take my car to unless and until I any of that changes.”

“I had a 10AM appointment yesterday to see why one of my tires had a slow leak. By 10:15AM the techs at Mavis had diagnosed the issue and we discussed my options. They were friendly and customer service oriented, which I find to be rare these days. Trevor, the service writer who assisted me, was exceptional and communicated effectively what had occurred and how I could remedy the problem. I will be back for service needs in the future and will recommend this location to my friends and family.”

“Over 6 months ago my 2013 6 speed manual BMW328i had 'misfiring cylinders?' ,often barely running .Had taken car to my regular mechanic 5 times ! Engine lite kept coming back and running poorly again after a week. One visit to Waynes, they found and repaired misfiring coil and cleaned all other plugs,wires,contacts, etc. Cars been running well since! Reasonable fee. What a relief! Thx Tom! My new shop now. Highly recommend!”

“Had to get a new intake manifold on my Gti and they did very high quality work with tons of communication and found sensors that needed replacing. Provided full error code and reasoning for the sensors needing to be replaced. Only downside is the price was definitely a little steep but not unreasonable and then again you get what you pay for and I feel that they did do perfect work.”
“11/12/22 since I had a great experience the first time I came here I took my wife's truck in for a state state inspection and was once again in and out within an hour. I can't express enough how grateful I am for Mike and his gang. Very respectful and even checked my oil because I didn't have a sticker on the windshield since they stopped giving them with your oil filters but now I used to trip to track it. You can't go wrong with this inspection station.10/29/22 First time there today I was surprised I was able to get an appointment when I called yesterday. Took about an hour but was in and out quickly. The staff was very friendly. This is an advance inspection station so they know their stuff. This will be my new go to station.”
