“This Dollar Tree discount store is a fairly large size, and it offers the usual holiday decor, party supplies, cleaning products, health and beauty products, foods and beverages, toys, pet supplies, etcetera. Most of the products cost slightly over one dollar, and some products cost several dollars.
I selected many products to buy, and the cashier did not make me wait to check out. He greeted me, and he accurately rang up my purchase.”
“This is the best well organized and stocked Dollar Tree. Extremely clean and the products that I purchase over and over again are always exactly where I expect them to be located. No endless searching. Love it!”
“The staff is great, the have random awesome stuff you can't find anywhere else and a great craft section. Even though the price went up it's still cheaper than anywhere else for certain stuff.”
“What is there to say ? Who doesn't like the place. The store in Lower Burrell Pa is always clean including the restroom. The shelves are always full the staff are very friendly. The products have gotten better in quality.”
“It has great prices and you can buy your laundry soap along with many other cleaning products, foods in coolers, can and boxed goods along with plenty of snacks and drinks. They also have a small section of clothing and party supplies. There's an isle just for cat/dog food and some pet supplies. During the holidays they usually have some holiday stuff too. It's a great little convenience store!!”
“Dollar general is a nice store. They have just about everything you need. I like the products too. The prices are reasonable as well. What bothers me though, in every single store in this particular chain in my area, the isles are overcrowded with items and you can't get through. It looks messy and unkempt. It's also a safety hazard. My suggestion is to always remove ladders during working hours. Create a better shelving display so that items aren't on the floor and customers can actually view the products. What frustrates me the most is when I'm waiting and calling out for a cashier to help check me out. I also don't like when employees get snippy. I understand they get understaffed but you don't take it out on the customers. I believe one cashier should stay behind the counter at all times. Finally, never disrespect an employee by chastising them in front of customers. This causes humiliation with your employees and it makes management look bad. If you have an issue, wait until you have a free moment and take them to a private place where you can calmly explain what it is they are doing wrong. It's not very professional to lose your cool with an employee in front of customers. That is just poor work ethic.”
“This Dollar Tree store is the absolute best that I've been to. It always has totally stocked shelves with so many different items. The people working there are very nice and so helpful. I don't live close to this store, but it's worth the trip there. Thank you, ladies, for all your help today in finding the item I was searching for.”
“The Dollar on unity trestle rd is very clean. The customer service is hands down the best store in this area. Sarah,Lisa and Shannon greet you with so much respect if you can't locate a item they will stop what they are doing to show where it isThank you for the service and great deals....”
“Always full shelves and tons of great buys. Even if they had to raise their prices to 90% of all their inventory, they made up for it by having more brand names than ever. Like with beauty products. Tons of Animal friendly options too which are usually expensive and hard to find at times.”
“tiarra is such an angel and sweetheart who deserves a raise she be going above and beyond for her customers and i can say she helped me out a lot today cuz ya girl was goin thru itttt so she has all my respect”
“The Dollar Tree is an okay store. It's not the dirtiest nor the cleanest store I've been in. They have a good variety of items to choose from and, aside from now charging $1.25 for most items, it's still about the most inexpensive place to get some pretty cool stuff for holidays.”
“My wife and I visit these dollar stores because of the inexpensive decorations that make beautiful displays in our home. Some items are sold at low prices but look expensive when set up right.”
“Hello. I just thought I would drop by and leave a comment. First off no smell. I come into this store when I'm in the area. And sometimes make special trips. I live in Stanton Heights. I don't know any employees personally but the ones in this store are very welcoming. And having to ring a bell means someone is on the floor doing their job. At least they are not sitting behind the counter on their cell phone. I was in the store today and noticed new plantagrams going up. That means new items coming out. Don't let any of these cry baby's comments under me. Fool you. This is Grrreat store. See y'all soon. ?”
“Dollar Tree sells hygiene products, cleaning products, office supplies, foods, beverages, dinnerware, home decor, toys, pet supplies, holiday decorations, and many others. Products never cost more than $1.25. I stopped in this store to buy mostly hygiene products and snacks as well as some other things. The store could be a little cleaner and tidier. The cashier made friendly conversation.”
“I love Family Dollar store in Sharpsburg The workers are Awesome I have no complaints whatsoever It's clean the shelves are full. Always have what I need Highly recommend and will keep supporting them 5 ?”

“I absolutely love Dollar general. You can buy anything in one and the prices are reasonable. They even have a dollar aile with different items. Definitely recommend.”
“Friendly overwhelmed associates. Come on Dollar General, hire at least one stock person per store. They should do NOTHING but stocking shelves. In addition to a stock person, be sure to have a cashier to check out the customers only. Could be considered an attempt to cut down on the "millions" of complaints about aisles being constantly overflowing with product, at EVERY store. It's really not that hard to figure out. Get back to caring about customer satisfaction and do something about this major issue. EDIT 1/2/23: Over the last few months, I've noticed more help at this location. Store doesn't have the blocked aisles as it's had in the past. One suggestion, bring out one or two carts of products from the truck at a time. Try not to bring the majority of them in from loading dock resulting in clogged aisles. Great job ladies, thank you!”
“Get what you need in a quick way lots of choices get food gifts clothes toys knick knacks you get the idea a one place shop and great hours you forgot something at the grocery store just grab it at dollar general they have most everything your looking for”
“Everything! I especially like the Dollar General right next to the new Kensington bridge. They are always stocked And always have what I need. Another thing nice about this Store is that everything is always fresh, which is a major plus! I would rather go to Dollar General because it is easy to maneuver around unlike Walmart where you have to walk a mile to get from one end of the store to the other. Kudos Dollar General.”
“This Dollar General is fine, and offers the typical Dollar General experience. They're all short staffed because the company is horrid, but they do their best.”
“Pretty sad The day before Thanksgiving, it’s pretty busy in your store and Janice’s had a line of people She was helping while the other employees were standing in the corner just talking.
The whole line was talking about it and notice! We felt bad for her, she was smiling and so kind to everyone she was helping. Shame on the other employees.”
“Clean enough, workers are generally friendly, feels like an old school neighborhood store . I honestly go there more because it is quick and easy if I need any household supplies . I never have to wait in line for long and the prices are decent.”
“Love this particular DG in Plum Pa. Perfect location. Most outgoing, friendly staff. The store merchandise is arranged in a manner u would hope to see it arranged, it is very tidy. Not all DG`s are created equal.”
“Always a warm welcoming experince going here, always talk to the staff. It is in a great location including if you have to quicky get some a snack or change for the bus by buying something or just to get a few things for home.”
“I recently visited my local Dollar General and had a great experience. The store was clean, well organized, and easy to navigate. I found everything I needed, from household essentials to snacks, at affordable prices. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially at checkout they were quick and polite, which made the trip even better. I appreciate having a store like this in my area where I can shop conveniently without breaking the bank. Definitely recommend!”
“I was at the Dollar General by my house yesterday. There was a line, and the employees were laughing, but still working to stock shelves. Some dude behind me complained about them laughing. You can laugh and work at the same time. Also, if there is a self checkout, it was probably installed because there are only a couple of people working at a time. To any customer who behaves like this in a store, unless you are willing to go apply and fill the worker shortage then shut your mouth. You're literally a huge part of the problem. YOU and your stupid complaints are why no one wants to work. Not because of worker laziness, but because of misbehaving, RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE CUSTOMERS!!! Shout out to the employees for remaining professional when people are so impolite.”
“This Dollar General in Sarver is a godsend ! When you really don't want to go into Big Super or Big Box stores... you have Dollar General.. lots of parking and lots to look at , located next the Advance Auto Store off of 356 North , between Kings and Sheetz's.... God Bless, Keith..”
“FD Drivers: You're going to have to approach this store so that the store is on your right. There is a loading zone along the street in front of the store, that's where you're parking, good staff, decent unload.”
“This Family Dollar store sells foods, beverages, health and hygiene products, beauty products, cleaning supplies, office supplies, some clothes, children's toys, pet supplies, home decor, and much more. When I shopped here, an employee greeted me, and I saw shelves that were well stocked and organized. I bought health, office, and pet products. The cashier did a very good job.”
