“Always receive friendly knowledgeable service. Never have to wait to get pkgs. mailed. Always have the latest stamps. Entire staff always has warm friendly greeting. Best customer service of any post office. Parking can be tricky but there is always somewhere to park when I arrive.”

“Envelopes of all sizes. Packages as standard rates or priority with insurance available and also tracking. Most reliable shipping services across the country. I always trust them with my mail. You can get your passport application here and also get your picture taken for it and they will help guide you through the entire process.”

“This is a full service Post Office located in Verona PA. They also process passport applications or renewals (check rates online).They can snap passport photos (extra $15) on the spot.Note that on Saturdays, they do not take walk-ins for passports, and appointments are needed (make appointments via the USPS passport application site). Even on other days, it is always better to have an appointment to be sure.The separate passport fee (check rates online) payable to the Department of State has to be via a personal check, or money order (not via credit or debit cards). If you forgot your checkbook, the post office can sell you a money order.There is no actual parking I can see at the post office itself. There is a small carpark right next to it, but that is reserved only for Enterprise customers so do not park there. However, there are ample street parking on the streets around the post office. That includes parts of Allegheny Ave and South Ave (where there are 2 hours free parking signs - see photos).The post office staff are pleasant and professional, and all transactions were done quickly and competently.”
“It would be nice if the mail lady didnt park in front of my steps blocking my way up to my house . It is a slight slope and the grass is wet . I really dont need to fall at 62 yrs trying to get up a wet hillside. This would be in Brackenridge ,pa”
“This is the best PO in the area! The staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I've been to numerous other Post Offices in PA and never had the pleasant experience I've always enjoyed at the Gibsonia branch. The employees are obviously led by a great postmaster.”
“Small but convenient location and very friendly staff. Krissy was very sweet - she made some friendly small talk about my family and helped me make all my shipments in a professional and efficient manner.”
“This is a regular-size USPS with full services. The free car park in front has about two dozen spaces. There are interesting stone guardian statues of stylistic mail eagles set flanking the top of the stairs leading to the front entrance (see photos ). There is also a long ramp for wheelchair access at the side. The postmaster was very friendly and helpful.”

“It's with a sad heart that I leave this review. Neil was our mailman here in Lawrenceville for years. His service to the community was outstanding. Just when you think public service hasn't much to offer along comes someone like Neil. He never missed a beat. He stopped faithfully everyday even when there was no delivery just to check and make sure that I didn't have any outgoing mail. I've shipped many boxes out over the years to my customers and he never complained, but lightheartedly joked with me about them. He deserves a 10 star review, but this site only allows for 5. “After calling the Monroeville office for two day, I called our Plum post office to see if there was another phone number for me to try. The clerk that answered was extremely helpful, as always at Plum's office. I appreciated her help and hopefully will hear from Monroeville to have our issue resolved. “Everytime I have visited the post office to mail a package, I have notice how polite and hardworking the Postmaster is. Once we had a problem with a package we did not receive and the Postmaster was very efficient in resolving the problem with a new driver.”
