“An employee by the name of Allison gets a 10/10 from me. Super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Went above and beyond to help me pack up and ship an item and helped me save some money on something I would have originally paid a lot to ship.”

“I usually see Renee at the counter, and she is very nice and moves the line quickly. I have also called with questions (when other local offices wouldnt answer the phone), and Cathy is wonderful. Friendly and efficient.... Wish all usps offices worked like this one! Recommend especially if you are starting a small business/online shop, as they've answered many questions about cheaper rates and packaging.”

“Perfect little post office in a convenient location. Was looking for a post office on the way back from Harmarville, and was pleased to find this one was much closer than Allison Park or Glenshaw. Friendly staff and covid friendly protocols.”

“Envelopes of all sizes. Packages as standard rates or priority with insurance available and also tracking. Most reliable shipping services across the country. I always trust them with my mail. You can get your passport application here and also get your picture taken for it and they will help guide you through the entire process.”

“I'm here a lot for eBay. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. Even when there's a line, they're efficient. It's a thankless job but they do it well.”

“It's with a sad heart that I leave this review. Neil was our mailman here in Lawrenceville for years. His service to the community was outstanding. Just when you think public service hasn't much to offer along comes someone like Neil. He never missed a beat. He stopped faithfully everyday even when there was no delivery just to check and make sure that I didn't have any outgoing mail. I've shipped many boxes out over the years to my customers and he never complained, but lightheartedly joked with me about them. He deserves a 10 star review, but this site only allows for 5. Thanks for all your years of dedicated service and the parting bear hug. I truly will miss you. Peace, Phoenix Boutique.”

“Always receive friendly knowledgeable service. Never have to wait to get pkgs. mailed. Always have the latest stamps. Entire staff always has warm friendly greeting. Best customer service of any post office. Parking can be tricky but there is always somewhere to park when I arrive.”

“Huge thanks to Scott for helping stamp and get wedding invitations out as "non-machinable" due to the wax seal. Friendly, helpful, and fast which made for an easy process.”

“It would be nice if the mail lady didnt park in front of my steps blocking my way up to my house . It is a slight slope and the grass is wet . I really dont need to fall at 62 yrs trying to get up a wet hillside. This would be in Brackenridge ,pa”

“This is a small but neat USPS post office, with standard postal services. There is a small free carpark in front of about 8 or so spots. There are a couple of handicapped parking spots, and a ramp from the carport to the main entrance. It opens half day on Saturdays, which is convenient.”

“I love this post office. It's so much better than the one in "downtown" New Kensington. The workers are always friendly / generally helpful and attentive. The facility is clean. There isn't litter piled up outside of it like there is at the New Kensington location down the road.9/10 (one point off for only being open very short periods of time,)”

“I've used this location on several occasions. It is the fastest service I've ever received from a post office. The staff have always been helpful and appropriate. I appreciate that they have later hours than other locations nearby. Sometimes it is difficult to get out of the parking lot, but I can't imagine the postal workers have any hand in that. Otherwise, the location is always clean and I haven't had to wait more than a couple of minutes.”

“This is a full service Post Office located in Verona PA. They also process passport applications or renewals (check rates online). They can snap passport photos (extra $15) on the spot.Note that on Saturdays, they do not take walk-ins for passports, and appointments are needed (make appointments via the USPS passport application site). Even on other days, it is always better to have an appointment to be sure. The separate passport fee (check rates online) payable to the Department of State has to be via a personal check, or money order (not via credit or debit cards). If you forgot your checkbook, the post office can sell you a money order. There is no actual parking I can see at the post office itself. There is a small carpark right next to it, but that is reserved only for Enterprise customers so do not park there. However, there are ample street parking on the streets around the post office. That includes parts of Allegheny Ave and South Ave (where there are 2 hours free parking signs - see photos). The post office staff are pleasant and professional, and all transactions were done quickly and competently.”

“I live in Tarentum and I would rather go to this post office than the one in Tarentum. The staff in Natrona Heights have always been friendly, courteous and helpful. I have never had a bad experience here. Thanks”

“I guess, it’s the best office! Thank you so much! For 6 years never seen any problems. Everything is very fast! People are so nice every time! At busy Christmas time (and snowfall) they work so hard and delivered gifts at time. It’s like miracle. Thank you”

“After calling the Monroeville office for two day, I called our Plum post office to see if there was another phone number for me to try. The clerk that answered was extremely helpful, as always at Plum's office. I appreciated her help and hopefully will hear from Monroeville to have our issue resolved. Great job at Plum, always pleasant and helpful!”

“Sarver Post Office has always had great customer service. Years ago, Kelly, the post master, turned the place upside down looking for a lost paycheck that was supposedly claimed to have been mailed. At the time Patty was super friendly with a great smile sharing stories of her Walt Disney trips in the middle of winter. Presently, Cynthia and Edward are very helpful and courteous. Even Sheryl, the current post master, has been a peach helping sort out the situation regarding where Amazon delivers. The numerous mail carriers...Connie, Donna, Mary, Leslie, Gary, Pat, Scott have gone out of their way to know the people they deliver to on a first name basis. Thank you for your most excellent service. Bobbie H.”

“Great to deal with at the office itself; delivery always puts our Amazon packages on our covered porch. Everything always arrives on time....this is a grade A small town post office. I ran a search and was disheartened that negative reviews are on here.”
