The staff was friendly, knowledgable, professional and very up front through the entire process. They kept me informed about the cars progress the whole time and even finished ahead of schedule. “Well, i'm getting old, and I don't remember if this is the eighth or the tenth time, maybe more. But today, july twelfth I had my front brakes replaced. Reef was fantastic and very helpful. Phenomenal customer service. Dre, who was the tech, did a great job. On the day before, when I went in to check what the squealing was Mason, as always customer service expert, took great care of me! What a great team at the Thorndale Mavis!

We experienced some car trouble with our 2019 Camaro while visiting in the West Chester area. Upon a recommendation we took the car to Santilli's. I have been rebuilding, restoring, and hot rodding vintage cars since I was a youngster. John, the owner of the repair shop immediately put us at ease about the necessary repairs. He made short work of our issues and got us safely back on the road. His vast knowledge of auto repair and years of experience are obvious when watching him work. Without reservation I recommend this shop. His honest and friendly demeanor are most comforting when your miles from home. We couldn't be happier with his work. If we lived near Santilli's, he would be our first call for our cars.”

“I refuse to go to any other garage than this one. Patrick and Doris are honest, the best at what they do and just very nice people. They work with you best they can scheduling wise and get you in pretty quickly. Very reasonably priced and like that Patrick will tell you what’s wrong prior and give you a price to fix it. We started out with one vehicle and now have 4 of our own going there plus I referred people there as well. We never once had to bring a vehicle back for any work he has done. He fixed the problems and off we went. So please don’t shop around. Just call G&H auto repair and you won’t regret it. Thank you for everything you have done for us and our vehicles. Tech from T & S (.02 miles away) brought a battery charger, charged my battery, took it to the shop, replaced the battery, and ran tests to rule out any other issues.
