“My son was stuck in a ditch due to the snow on 12/13, I called our insurance because we have roadside assistance but they weren't able to get anyone. I called the police and let them know the situation, they sent Haydens. They were excellent, the gentleman that pulled him out told my son to meet him at the gas station down the road. He checked my sons oil due to a sound the car was making, had my son go inside grab some oil and waited for him so he could put it in for him. I was out of town when my son called me panicking so hearing how kind this man was to my son and how he went out of his way to make sure my son was good for his drive home made me feel very at ease as a mother. So thank you!! I would recommend their service any day!!”
“John and his crew got us in on the morning of the eclipse without an appointment. The brakes in our Jeep needed work. By lunchtime our Jeep was repaired. Bausch's did not over charge us for parts either. Big Thanks to John and his team for their help.”

“What started out as one of the worst days of my life only got worse when I found myself stranded with a dead battery that wouldn't take a charge. These guys came to the assist, AFTER HOURS, got my battery jumped, tested it and found it to be a bad battery, took the time to replace the battery for me. And again, this was all done after hours.
