“We were traveling from Erie back home to Pittsburgh and had car troubles. They took my car in as soon as I stopped in. Looked at it, told me what was wrong and what I needed to do. Although it wasn’t something they could repair themselves, they went above and beyond to help me. They called around for me and got a garage that was able to help. I would 100% recommend this shop to anyone local or finding themselves in the same predicament as I was in.”
“My son was stuck in a ditch due to the snow on 12/13, I called our insurance because we have roadside assistance but they weren't able to get anyone. I called the police and let them know the situation, they sent Haydens. They were excellent, the gentleman that pulled him out told my son to meet him at the gas station down the road. He checked my sons oil due to a sound the car was making, had my son go inside grab some oil and waited for him so he could put it in for him. I was out of town when my son called me panicking so hearing how kind this man was to my son and how he went out of his way to make sure my son was good for his drive home made me feel very at ease as a mother. So thank you!! I would recommend their service any day!!”
“I called the day before I really needed my breaks repaired for a 6 hour drive the following day. They fit me in in the next 24 hours and finished diagnostics and repairs within an hour! I love this place. They were also quite kind and friendly’”
“On my way home to Canada I blew a front passenger tire in my Rv, Good Sam was totally useless, had to sit on side of hwy for about 16 hours and they still had no solution, so I had to do all footwork myself. Found a tow truck and mechanic on my own. It was pure good grace I found Brian. He accommodated me immediately, saying bring it in and we will get you fixed up. Unfortunately he had to order tire which took overnight but in the interim he repaired brake line. I was on my way home by 11 the next morning. He was truly heaven sent, such a gentleman and a really nice guy. The repairs were very reasonable. It was a very trying experience but Brian's help definitely made it alot less dramatic. Good Sam wanted me to wait 3 days for one of their approved mechanics. Add hotel costs would have gone into the thousands. Thanks Brian, you are truly a kind person ⚘”

“I have a Mercedes and its very hard to find someone who will and can work on it. Robert fixed the problem and was very knowledgeable. He was very fair priced to considering others hear luxury car and charge an arm and a leg. He works overtime to quickly complete the job to ensure the customer gets the vehicle back quickly so you aren't inconvenienced. I definitely recommend the auto shop.”
“Juat move up this way and wanted to find a mopar dealer for my muscle car, i went in for inspection and tire rotation. Place is clean and everybody was nice. I even went out of the way to meet my Technician for my car and chatted with him briefly. He was also friendly. Service advisor came out about half hour later and everything was good with car. He went over everything with me on sheet. I would definitely go back.”
“What started out as one of the worst days of my life only got worse when I found myself stranded with a dead battery that wouldn't take a charge. These guys came to the assist, AFTER HOURS, got my battery jumped, tested it and found it to be a bad battery, took the time to replace the battery for me. And again, this was all done after hours. I cannot recommend these guys enough!”

“Last year I went to a different auto shop in Meadville for a state inspection and had the worst experience. Fast forward a year later, which would be today. I need a state inspection again, and called this place instead. We were able to figure out a time that would work for the both of us. They’re very professional, very polite, and don’t try to push you into buying things you don’t need. Instead they tell you that you might need something in the near future, but won’t need it for a month or two. They’re very honest, and don’t try to screw over anyone, which is nice. As long as I’m in PA and need anything done to my car, this shop has a permanent customer.”
“I needed to schedule an appointment for a state inspection, due at the end of August. I called on August 3 and they had an opening first thing the next day. I came into town and dropped it off thinking that since I only have one vehicle I'd be spending the large part of my morning in town. I walked downtown for breakfast at the Downtown Mall Bistro (see my review there) and in just over an hour my vehicle was ready to be picked up. The state inspection was reasonably priced. Try these guys out, you won't regret it.”

“I just went in to have my inspection sticker replaced. I was given a time to come back with my car. They took it right away. But what I really appreciate is the crew there had looked out for my safety when they thought I was endanger of being hit by a vehicle going way to fast in the parking area.They rushed outside with intent to either stop the vehicle or to help me as the vehicle came dangerously close.”
