“Nothing but praise for the team at United Tire of Phoenixville. I took my recently purchased, high-mileage, '06 CRV in for some trouble I was experiencing while driving it. It sounded loud and it drove rough, it took forever to accelerate, and it was burning gas like a 16-wheeler. The team looked it over and gave me two possible causes and estimates. They were very knowledgeable and patient with me, and answered all my questions. I don't know much about cars and I've never had to deal with an older, high-mileage vehicle, so I was particularly anxious about the safety of the car. Jake and Bob were so friendly and helpful when they walked me through what to be paying attention to and how to take care of the car after I got it fixed. I took it back to fix the exhaust system and after the repairs the car drives damn near like new! At least a lot smoother and quieter than it did before UToP replaced the exhaust. It's been a week since that repair and I've experienced no other issues; the car runs beautifully. The 12,000 mile/1year warranty on the work performed gives me peace of mind that if anything does go wrong with the exhaust in that time frame, I can go back to this team and they'll take care of my vehicle. On top of their great work ethic and solid repair, these guys are just super friendly, respectful, and a pleasure to be around. When you walk in, they make you feel like you're going to get your car fixed by your buddy of 10 years, even if they've just met you. Amazing customer service. To everyone at UToP, thank you for your hard work. My only regret is that I don't live in Phoenixville to make this location my dedicated shop!”

We used to use Suggs, before they closed, and were scrambling to find a reliable shop. My Guys have been nothing but accommodating, highly skilled, and wonderful to work with. They are honest, communicative, and unbelievably respectful. As a woman, the fact that I have never felt patronized or spoken down to by anyone I’ve spoken with is huge to me. I highly recommend this shop; my only hesitation is that other folks find out how good they are, and their scheduling gets tighter. ? My Guys is a fantastic garage.”
“I had such a good experience with this shop! I originally took my car to Bob Fisher for a patch that was needed on the inner wall of a tire. They inspected it and told me it was unable to be fixed and that I would need to spend $500 on two new tires…. My grandfather used to work on cars and told me ahead of time that my tread was fine and all I needed was a patch.
We called Bradley’s and they advised me to bring it in ASAP. I went in two days later first thing in the morning. They patched it up in under 45 mins (if that) for $26! The staff was very friendly, quick, and didn’t mention needing new tires anytime soon. I will be back for any tire issues in the future!”

First off, incredibly accommodating. Not saying take advantage of that but I called on a Friday and had the work done on Monday. They were eager to help.
Second, they respect you enough to offer their suggestions without an uncomfortable sales pitch. “This is what we think you may want in the future”, not “let me get you right back in to spend more”. I think that type of attitude is refreshing and why I like small business over corporate garages.
They gained a repeat customer in about 15 minutes of total interaction.”

“Haines Sunoco has serviced my family cars for over thirty years. Now that I’m relocating out of the area it has occurred to me that I never posted a positive review for one of my favorite vendors. The strength of Haines Sunoco is their honesty and skills for maintaining many different vehicles. They do not sell service because they don’t have to. The excellent service is what keeps them busy. Long-term customers like me return even with new cars still under warranty. Why? The quality of their routine maintenance is beyond compare and when they cannot do a job, they always tell you what needs to be done. I have learned over time that it can be very helpful getting my car pre-diagnosed by Haines before taking it to a “stealer-ship” and being needlessly upsold when they are not satisfied by merely performing the warranty work. Over the years I have steered friends and family to Haines with grateful returns from all those referred. Haines Sunoco is a community asset that our family has cherished”
“Bill's Auto Repair deserves 6 stars if that were an option. My van was barely running correctly, and they diagnosed the issue and replaced the ignition coils and spark plugs. It runs great now. The service was professional, the work was done right, and the pricing was fair. It's hard to find an honest, reliable repair shop these days, but Bill's Auto Repair has definitely earned my trust. I guess there are a lot of good mechanics out there, but what I found with Dave Kanaskie and his people is that they tell you the truth. They are always honest and they offer less expensive options. “I usually visit the Exton location, but needed to get an oil change badly. Service was great as expected. I asked for a tire rotation but before they did the one guy (sorry I forgot your name) said he'd measure the tires to make sure I actually needed it. Turns out they were very even and didn't need rotated, just saved me 25 bucks. Refreshing to get solid customer service and not over charged for things I didn't need.”
