I was able to schedule based on my availability and it was a very seamless experience. He also has one of the best rates possible in town. Skip your local car dealer and go to a independent mechanic like Dylan, you’ll pay a lot less and get a higher quality job done because the local dealers don’t care about you or your car, you are just a tag number to them. I will come back in the future and work with Dylan with my car repair needs. Dylan also allows you to bring your own quality parts. I got my parts directly from Honda and Dylan installed them perfectly and I am extremely please with his service.”

“Thought I needed an alignment because the car pulled left. Turned out to be a minor manufacturing tolerance issue with the tire. They rotated the tires and the car drives straight as an arrow. Could have easily charged me for an alignment, but only charged me for a tire rotation....a very honest move. Scott was patient and explained things well. I will be back next time I need something.”

It was the hub bearing, which was odd, because the same part had been replaced under warranty in the past. Chu was able to fix it that same day, and afterward I continued on my way to Colorado, then down to Florida from there. Went through 20 states total. Friendly people, would recommend.”

I brought my car in for an estimate to repair a ding that I received while parked in a parking lot! After receiving a very reasonable estimate, I scheduled my appointment and was told I could wait for the vehicle as the job would take one to two hours . One hour later, my car was finished and looked brand new! There was no longer any evidence of the ding , which is an absolute miracle to me!
