“Holiday shopping and the staff were so friendly and upbeat even though they were soooo busy. Shopped on 12/19 afternoon. I had such a nice conversation with my sales rep at the register. The other staff were also friendly. Store is organized and was a pleasant shopping experience. We always check out this store when at the outlets.”
“This shop is always worth your time when you're in Phoenixville. You can find the most unique items and it's difficult to leave empty handed. The store itself is set up beautifully. You really have to look to appreciate the details and when you scan you notice it's like a fantastic museum shop, but with much more interesting finds. The prices are fair and the quality is top notch. The staff is approachable, friendly, helpful, and available if you need them, but otherwise you can just enjoy the store.”

“Hot Topic will always be my favorite store. I have never left there empty handed. I love the variety of band shirts, anime items, horror movie items and the best place to go around Halloween time. The best part is not I get to share my love for this store with my daughter, the only downfall is she wants to buy everything! The store employees are always nice and helpful too. Honestly a little too helpful when they suggest other things to my daughter who just “has to have it”. lol.”

“My favorite shop in Philadelphia premium outlets. Very high quality clothing available. I love shopping here. Both husband and I shop for denims here. Sizes match perfectly. Denims they have several types to choose from all categorized by size and color and type of denim. Boyfriend, wide-leg, skinny all types available very easy to choose. Very organized place. Plenty of fit on rooms so no long queues or waiting time. Reasonable prices because most of the time they have discounts. When it comes to shorts, pants/denims, gym pants my husband and I shop only here. Good quality never disappoint.”

“Customer service was 10/10! I needed steel-toe boots last-minute for work and this was the only store in a 10-mile radius that carried them AND in sizes that fit a woman’s 8.5 foot. The staff member who helped me (I never caught his name) was incredibly knowledgeable about the shoes and their stock history. Absolute lifesaver of a store and staff.”

“Gabe's is awesome. It's sorta like a Ross or Marshalls but better. They do have electric buggies. You just have to ask and they went to the back room and got me one. We, in fact, just went to Gabe's 4 days ago. I actually found 2 pair of sweat pants, one is so soft like velvet. And a zip up black thin jacket with hood. A beautiful black sweater with gold buttons and bling on shoulder. And last a light pink hoodie. 2 pair of jeans. One pair size 20 fit great. The other are slim fit so they are a 24. All depends how they are made. I was so lucky I found what I did. It all depends on what they get in. I grabbed a cute pink purse because the purse section was picked clean. And the best part, if you download their app you get coupons. Right now I have 4 coupons to use by a certain date. It's great. They are $5.00 coupons and you can use 5 at a time when you check out. The more you spend the more coupons you get. They such nice shoes for men and women. I saw a cool pair of Hoka's for men. Home goods is great too. Anything you're looking for the definitely have it. I LOVE going to Gabe's. And just it a try. You'll like it too. Give yourself some time you'll be there awhile to see the whole store.”

The service is very goos in this outlet on a Memorial Day weekend. Staff greets you. The price seems to be moderate, in my opinion. The only problem is that staff has a challenge to explain the sale price except one sales lady who greets explained well.”

“While the outlets are great and we got some great deals the advertised open and close times on the website do not apply to all stores. We arrived just after opening and many stores were still closed and would be until noon! They should put individual business hours on the website or at least put a note to check with individual retailers!”
