“This is the best service I’ve ever received. Shawn really did a great job at getting me help after I accidentally blew two tires in an accident. It was bad outside and they were busy but he still took the time to help me out. The tires are good, and they also fixed my lights in my car that I’ve been having issues with for months. Most places now a days make u feel like you’re an inconvenience but these guys made me feel welcome and that they didn’t mind helping me out. They even gave me a great price. Way way less than what I usually pay for tires!”

“Got a brake job on short notice. The guys at Butler Monroe were great. Jeff got me right in and gave me options on three levels of service. Great service. HOWEVER, I have done my own brake jobs before and some of the pricing is absurd. $49 per axle for a floating pin service??!! Cmon moan. This should be part of the service for EVERY brake job!!! It takes 2 minutes per pin. That is absolutely outlandish and simply a corporate money grab!!”
“I've had them mount tires and do brakes, and bought a new set of tires there. They ordered a set of tires I wanted and had them in a day. Service prices are reasonable, tire prices are a little more than mail order but I like supporting a local business.”
“Needed 2 tires to complete my car inspection (at another vendor). Ordered online from Walmart on a Monday afternoon (included free shipping) with expected delivery to the Gibsonia center on Thursday am, so made an appointment for installation at 7 am on Friday morning. Tires were shipped from Florida, arrived when expected. I checked in for my appointment Friday for installation (as they opened) and was out by 7:35. *Noted that, when they test drove it after installation, they had the steering wheel wrapped in plastic to avoid getting it dirty... nice touch! Kudos to Jay (tech) and his assistant (Dev?) as well as Erik who checked me out at the counter when done.”
