“The saxonburg smoke shoppe is DEF the BEST around! If i could give more stars i would! The owners & staff are ~fantastic~ to say the least! When that door opens and the the bell rings, you hear "HELLO, *persons name*!!" Doesnt matter whos working or whos walkin thru the door. They are EXTREMELY knowledgeable when it comes to their products, they've either tested them themselves or taken notes on customer reviews. I am VERY VERY picky to say the least when it comes to vapes. They have gone outta their way SOOOOO MANY times to find me special vapes i can try or to find the SPECIFIC ones i want. And i KNOW im not the only one they do that for! I dont care who ya are... Thats just down rite awesome at its finest!!! In all the time I've been going there only ever had 2 malfunctioning disposable vapes (that i test in store before leaving) and they replaced with out hesitation. Once again, thats just amazing! NO other shop / store does that... If you've not been there, i would HIGHLY recommend at least giving them a try!”

“Best cigar lounge in the Butler area. The lounge is always full and the conversation is engaging and lively! Don't know what to smoke? Knowledgeable staff and an ample humidor will not disappoint.”

“Humidor is world-class and has so many selections from Fuente and Padron to Black Label and CLE. They are a Drew Estate lounge so they have a MASSIVE DE selection. Lounge is also very comfortable and spacious. No membership, just purchase a cigar from the shop and it’s available to you. Doug is the humidor manager and is a treasure trove of knowledge. He and Michael will help you find what you need. The owner, Mark, will do what he can to get special requests (if they have an account open) in if they don’t have what you want at the moment. Their pipe selection is vast and their pipe tobacco selections are becoming more robust and well rounded. RYO cigarette options are available. Vape and ~other~ selections are limited due to the abundance of those stores in the area. They are honest that they choose not to focus on those products. Absolutely an A+ tobacconist. A couple other things.. Like a lot of small businesses, they have a $10 minimum to use a card. Candy, pop, and chips are usually available. Usually, staff plays some good music in the shop.”

“I really enjoyed the atmosphere, it feels more like a ma' and pa type of shop... The only thing that's missin' is the old creaky wooden floors... LOL... But for real most of the time when I walk through the doors the first thing I see are smiles and to me that goes a long way!!!”

“This was my first time at this smoke shop, I gotta say I probably won't be going anywhere else anymore. This place is crazy with everything they have, and the lady there was incredibly helpful. I highly recommend going here.”
