“I purchased a nicer love seat. The delivery date I was told was my birthday between 3-6pm. I waited for hours and called twice. I was told they would be there around 6. Then I was told never mind they aren’t coming. Jessie took it upon himself to bring my delivery after hours. He and I carried it into my house, I tipped him; and he left.Now this would have been a 1 star review with how poorly everything was handled, but Jessie saved the company with his selfless act of kindness and professionalism.
