“Was here for a friend's wedding. I feel in love with this place. They had the wedding and the reception here. The wedding was outside, which was gorgeous. Your view was 20 miles, 365 degrees around. The reception barn is stunning. Highly recommend this place.”

“This was my 1st experience at a tea house and let me just say our group was so thrilled with everything. The atmosphere was relaxing and cozy and the service was exceptional! We took my mother there for her Birthday. We liked it so much we are going to make this an annual event. Thank you Gathering Place we had a wonderful time!!!”

“Switched from another place to stay at candlewood was a much better deal and a much better! Updated rooms ! Clean nice all utensils you need stove top excellent place to stay when staying more than a few days . lady's at the front desk very nice would definitely recommend and will be staying again if back in ”
“I didn’t stay over but I intend to. I had a more than lovely evening at the bar area and walking around the Inn. Dinner was extremely satisfying. I had the Mushroom Strudel, Creme Brûlée, and an autumnal Mule cocktail. The bartender was very sweet. The Inn, well, it was amazing. You can feel the history. Also cozy.Rooms: Beautiful.Food & drinks: Top notch. Delicious.Noteworthy details: Friendly staff.”
