“Helpful staff. Bought $100 + of bison ribeye. Styrofoam cooler and ice at the dollar general down the road, and meat was good for 3 more hours of driving.Cooked it up based on Internet instructions. Was good but not crazy great. Even the ribeye is a little lean compared to beef ribeyes.Stop in and check it out. Fresh. Local.”
