I have worked in bike shops for about 4 years at this point and needed them to perform a service with tools I did not own. Jim (not Fat Jimmy) was extremely awesome in helping diagnose my issue and had tools on hand to service the bike.
They have a nice selection of bikes and do bike fits to inspire confidence in your riding position which is super helpful for someone like me who tinkers too much”
