Vince was professional, courteous, friendly, careful, and extremely helpful throughout the entire experience. He arrived with a great attitude, explained everything clearly, and handled the vehicle with care.

What impressed us most was Vince himself. He is not only a very capable and experienced driver, but also a genuinely great person. He was respectful, patient, easy to talk to, and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. You can tell when someone takes pride in their work and cares about the people they are helping, and Vince absolutely does.

“Our car had body and paint damage to a door and back panel. We stopped in without an appointment. We received a quote in the course of 10 minutes. We were provided with a price, a time to bring the car in, and the expected date of its return (5 business days in total).

We dropped the car the night prior to the appointment in their lockbox. We received a call a day earlier than promised and were told the car was ready. Upon pick-up, we found what looked like our car when we drove it off the new car dealer's lot 4 years earlier. It looked brand new again. I could not stop smiling!!!

In a nutshell, this is an incredibly professional operation. They were good to their word (actually better since the car was done early), their work was flawless and on top of all that, the owners were very pleasant to work with.

If you unfortunately find yourself with car damage, head to D'Amicos and make the very best of your bad situation.

They worked efficiently, got me and my baby off the road very quickly, and the driver squeezed the van back into a very tight spot with no issues. So thankful for the staff today! Thank you.
