If I could give this store a 0 I would. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered in my life! I bought my daughter a new phone for her birthday and signed paperwork that I was getting $830 for a trade in value. Five months later, I am still waiting for the correct credit. Tyrin and the manager keep telling me to call the loyalty department. The loyalty department keeps telling me Tyrin lied about the promotion at the time and that they can’t fix it. Come on AT&T, you’re a billion dollar company and you can’t adjust the $480 difference for me?! Do better! You let employees stay employed when they outright lie to get the sale? This experience has been beyond ridiculous. I will NEVER again do business with AT&T and I will tell all my friends and family what a joke this company, and store in particular, is.

I had the manager taking care of me she was rude didn't want to help me told me to call AT&T 800 number for help very unprofessional and lazy. Another man asked if he could help she told him no don't bother helping he can call the 800 number. I'm very disappointed in your company I had my nephew look at my phone and he fixed it in 10 minutes now everything is fixed.

**Fantastic Service at Viewmont AT&T**
Our recent experience at the Viewmont AT&T location was nothing short of exceptional. After a stressful encounter with Verizon and another AT&T store, we were pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service at Viewmont.
From the moment we stepped in, the employees and manager were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They not only addressed our needs promptly but also went above and beyond to ensure we left satisfied. Despite initially needing a new phone for my husband, the manager even took the initiative to source three additional phones for us from other locations.
Their dedication to customer service was evident throughout our visit, making what could have been a daunting task into a seamless and positive experience. We left the store not only with a new phone but also with the assurance that our needs had been met with care and attention to detail.

The Viewmont Mall location needs a competent manager to over see the absolutely awful customer service at that store. I was blatantly lied to, insulted, and ripped off. The 2 associates I dealt with were terrible. I definitely was ripped off at this location. When I left the store, a gentleman that was a customer at the nearby counter, stopped me in the mall and said "I watched that incident in the store, that never would have happened if you were a man. I'm disgusted. If I could get out of this contract, I'd be gone. Counting down the months until I can switch providers.

I came from having a very bad experience down at the store Wyoming valley mall and was very disappointed. I came up to the store in Dickson city Siniawa. The manager Latasha went above and beyond to help rectify the horrible experience I had and got me all straightened out. I highly recommend going to see Latasha even if it's a little out of your way. She is extremely helpful and CONTINUES to help me out when I have any issues or questions with my new phone. I can't express my gratitude any more! Highly recommend!!

I went to the Att in the mall to see if I can lower my directv bill because I felt I was paying too much. I spoke to Tyrin A and yes he told me about the directv internet but he did sold me a another contract for this company and never told me about a $240.00 termination fee for my satellite and lied said that my satellite contract has ended already. So now I currently have 3 bills now with Att and Brandon B from Siniawa was nice enough to tell me the truth! He’s appreciated! My experience at the mall was a disaster and I’m going to Comcast. Getting people just to sign contracts for your own benefit is disgusting!

Nicholas did an excellent job helping us with our new phone purchase. Kind courteous and helpful. Spent the time to make sure we understood how to use our phones. He is very knowledgeable about the products offered.

The customer service here is lacking. My salesman was completely disinterested in helping me because the football game was far more important. I went in to trade my iPhone for a Samsung and when I asked him to sell me on the Galaxy he couldn't do it or rather be didn't even try. He gave me a completely blank look because he preferred iPhone. I turned to another salesman who at least answered my question and gave me all the selling points I wanted.

Our experience at AT&T 100 VIEWMONT MALL was the most pleasurable one in our almost 20 years of being with AT&T. Rob was our associate and he answered each one of our questions with ease. He was extremely pleasant and we were done sooner than we had expected.
