I ordered a new phone upgrade online and had the pickup location set to the Viewmont Mall store. There was an issue with the order and it never showed up in the system at the Viewmont Mall store. I spent hours standing in the store and even on the phone with customer service. Both the personnel at the store and on the phone said there was nothing they could do and that they couldn’t even cancel the order. I was so frustrated that I went to the Scranton Carbondale Highway location where my wife ordered hers and within 30 seconds of walking through the door they cancelled my order so that I could re-order it. The staff and manager there are the true meaning of customer service and I highly recommend the Scranton Carbondale Highway location! The Viewmont Mall location needs new leadership in my opinion.

We had a great experience! Brandon was beyond knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly! This isn’t the first time we dealt with Brandon! I purposely went back to this location because of him! He’s the best!

Arrived at the AT&T store in snowy weather, to pick up an order of two new iPhones. Danielle came to me and started the process. She was so helpful and friendly. I had never done this before, ordering online and setting up the phones for my husband, who was not there, and myself. Danielle went through the process and answered all my questions. It took some time to update and transfer info from the old phones to new. I felt like I was working with an old friend. When I left I felt totally secure in the knowledge that I could continue setting up extra features that I liked from home. Thank you so much, Danielle, for making a nerve wracking process, so simple and easy.

Scranton, PA 18508). Brandon B. was super knowledgeable, and very helpful. He helped me through the whole process of replacing my broken phone and upgrading my phone and tablet. I told him what I was looking for, and he recommended the equipment that would work the best for me. I greatly appreciate his professionalism, and help. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful as well. Highly Recommend.
