Cori was amazing! The store was super busy soon as they opened about 10 of us waiting outside. they were badly understaffed to help the waiting customers but she took care of me got me a great deal on a new iphone and iPad for my business! I asked to speak to the manager to give a review and found out she IS THE STORE MANAGER! Go see her you won’t regret it!

No customer service skills! Went in to upgrade my phone. 4 staff hiding in the back room for an hour. Asked if they had the phone, no one could be bothered to look. After an hour finally had someone to assist just for him to laugh and tell me there was only one phone left and someone else was getting it. Avoid this store and go the store in the viemont mall.

So I made an appointment and clicked on the 11:30am by accident instead of 11. And lined up along with the walk-ins right at 11:00am as they opened. 3 other people walked in behind me and they helped first because the receptionist said the walk ins have priority since my appointment is scheduled for 11:30. They had me sit off to the side and wait. wait. I wanted to know how the logic works. Shouldnt you try to assist a customer who has an appointment to clear them off the board. She said no you have to wait. And proceed to get mad at me. Not very friendly or helpful. Stay awayI love how you knew exactly who I am and responded. What I was trying to tell you is that those people who you guys helped in front of me walked in after. Please check your Camera's before you respond with incorrect information. I was there standing in the line at 10:54am watching you all stare at us whole a group of us lined up outside your door. But the receptionist told me I have to wait for the next rep that starts at 1130am to arrive because that is my appointment time. So the walk-in's have priority over me. And it's funny how you said you called to leave me a message but when I logged in to switch my appt to the Viewmont Mall location you guys had already removed me. So thanks for pretending to call.

They got us right in, went through the process of getting myself and my son new phones, and I'm paying $40 less per month than Verizon. Very happy!

I needed to get info from one phone to another but needed passwords I don’t have at the moment! BRANDON sat down with me and went through each step to explain to me in understandable terms what was needed! Will get all info from my lawyer and come back to him! He was patient and amazing!!

Went into the store wanting to buy a device. Asked if they have any in stock, the lady Latasha says let me go check, she comes back out and starts sweeping the floor and blatantly ignored me. I’ll just order online. Thanks for nothing.

I had an unusual, huge issue with my account being changed by an inexperienced employee at another location. Instead of just telling me to call 611, Corrina Berrios, the store manager, spent 1.5 hours resolving the problem, which I could never have accomplished on my own. Her kindness and her knowledge of the ATT system were amazing. This issue wasted time of two store employees and three different customer service persons on the phone for 1.5 hours. So inefficient. But huge thanks to Corrina and Latasha in Dickson City.

It has been a very long time since I met someone who is so good at their job that’s it is worth noting but Mariah is that person. I went to the store with my mother to ask about upgrades and she sat through every possible scenario with us, lowered our bill, got us deals we didn’t know existed, and kept us laughing and smiling the entire time. This girl is wonderful and probably deserves a raise.The other employees and management I met (maria?) were so polite and everyone tried to make the experience as painless as possible. My mom couldn’t believe that anyone anywhere still provided customer service this well. They made it fun.

The people at this store are wonderful. They are knowledgeable, patient, friendly. Rasheem and Cori are the type of employees AT&T are lucky to have working for them. Whenever I need something, this is the AT&T store I choose to go to and I have choices. They are the best.

I always dread going to the ATT just because I know it takes forever to get what I need done but the staff is always so friendly. Makes it a much better experience!

Mariah and Latasha were incredible helping us switch from Verizon to AT&T. Super patient and friendly while we were trying to decide what phones and plans we walked. Great experience!

Finally done with at&t especially because of the branch in Dickson city .we're used to the salespeople always trying to scam us to pay more money , and they have scammed us once before but we let it go . this time we were given totally false information that made what we believed to be $180 payment, its a promotion is on iphone13 , to actually be a $700 three year- contract .before accepting the iphone 13 we made it very clear we do not want to pay for for phone monthly or add anything to our existing monthly plan . we wanted to pay the phone upfront , which is why we chose the iphone 13 because of its cheap cost of $180 which is what we told . the salesperson assured us there will be only one payment first month , then you pay off the $180 after and we all set !! no contract . we went to pay it and were surprised to hear we were locked in for $700 dollars for the iphone 13 ! According to the manager Latasha , the specific salesperson was new and needed to be trained more---yet even admitting their own fault, there was nothing they could do . we were told to call multiple numbers from corporate and royalty to fix it , but all we got $50 voucher . we went to the store again to see what our options were after been misled , and apparently there aren't any options .then the manager went on to change the story that everything was our fault , just bad customer service. we would have bought the Iphone 14 for $800 instead of paying $700 for the iphonr 13 . then we'll have to be paying the crazy cost up front , and taking our 6 phones lines to verizon now ,who gave us a way better deal and honest service ... beware of the sneaky scam.
