This bank doesn’t make me feel financially safe. They are so inconsistent. It’s like no one knows anything. One person tells you one thing the other tells you something else. They tell you they will handle something and it never gets handled.

Obnoxious, rude & condescending. Can't even be bothered to say "goodbye" after someone says "Thank you for your time." Just hang up!
