Inside is nice. It's small. But they do offer seats if you need it. The customer service representatives are nice. And know their job. The drive through teller likes to talk, but shouldn't keep talking to the other employees when a customer is at the counter.!!!!!!!”

“Scranton branch ppl are always nice but I’m glad I didn’t listen to the clerk who said transfer my business account to them as well. Everything functions like normal bank except if you file a dispute it takes up to 90days and they will not credit you for the period. Imagine that with a business account. Being a long term Chase bank user it only takes 1 week to process dispute claims and seconds for them to issue a temporary credit. I’m shocked when I was told 60-90days. I don’t need the credit but I hate the fact the company I’m disputing with is holding my money. Good people bad bank”
