“I'm not quite sure of the name of the woman who helped my 16 year old daughter open her first checking account recently but she was so incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful. She made sure she had everything set up before we left, including the app on her phone so she could check her bank account. I would highly recommend this credit union to anyone. In fact I actually transferred my funds to this credit union recently after setting up her account so I could have an account with a local bank. Nothing like being able to deal with a real person when you need to. Thank you.”

“The parking lot is tricky and small. The Parking lines need to be painted again. And the potholes needs patching. But building is fine. It's an old building , but still standing strong. Inside is nice. It's small. But they do offer seats if you need it. The customer service representatives are nice. And know their job. The drive through teller likes to talk, but shouldn't keep talking to the other employees when a customer is at the counter.!!!!!!!”

“Scranton branch ppl are always nice but I’m glad I didn’t listen to the clerk who said transfer my business account to them as well.
Everything functions like normal bank except if you file a dispute it takes up to 90days and they will not credit you for the period. Imagine that with a business account.
Being a long term Chase bank user it only takes 1 week to process dispute claims and seconds for them to issue a temporary credit. I’m shocked when I was told 60-90days. I don’t need the credit but I hate the fact the company I’m disputing with is holding my money.
