Don’t recommend. I have an issue with this bank way more than I should. They are extremely outdated and constantly have issues with their app. I never know how much money is exactly in my account. I would make a few purchases during the day just for them to not show up on my account for a couple hours or maybe even a day. I don’t want to hear “it takes a couple days” I can list many other banks that don’t have that issue. The point of having the app is so you know how much money you have and a record of all your purchases. I’ve been with community for a little while now and all I can say is that it has gotten worse. The employees at this specific establishment are extremely helpful and polite. I have nothing bad to say about the employees or place itself but really just the company as a whole. Things out of the employees control are where the real problems lie.

Obnoxious, rude & condescending. Can't even be bothered to say "goodbye" after someone says "Thank you for your time." Just hang up!

Excellent customer care and service. Brenda and her associate (didn't catch her name) in the drive-thru we're very patient with me through all of my transactions.

I like to come to this bank, all the tellers are very nice. Brenda and other ladies are very sweet! I want to thank Francheska from Keyser branch and Maryna from Olyphant branch for resolving our issue ( mistake that happened not at the bank’s fault).

Pitiful and shady. My father was supposed to be able to access money that he is entitled to as the head of my step grandfather’s trust. The bank told him that’s what he needed to do. He did it. Then they said legal has to review the document (1 page signed by a judge appointing my father as head of the trust). It’s been a week and they said we need to distribute it the correct way. Now they say that legal needs to speak to his attorney, not him, the head of the trust. They said they would call the attorney but did not. The shady part is that nobody at the bank will give out corporates number for my father, who is legally responsible for the trust monies. Why is that? Seems odd to me. Zero communication. Zero accountability. Zero willingness to speak to my father. Zero star review if it were possible. I guess I’ll update whenever the bank decides to release the funds or at least gives a reason or phone number to someone who can actually resolve the issue.

Helped my son open his first checking account. Had to drive to a different branch due to a missing/lost debit card. But the service was good and the employees were great.

Used to love this bank when I first got it around 8 years ago but since then its only gotten worse , the branch workers are wonderful never had an issue there they always help me and figure out my problems but their system is the problem constantly down or showing errors updating so you don't know how much money you have , I have constant issues with money getting put back into my account after paying a bill then another thing like netflix or something like that comes out then they take that bill back out and say I "overdraft" when I have it set to not over draft to just deny the things coming out if I dont have the money i understand some bills will come out no matter what and thats fine but the way it happens is the issue

worst online banking ever! their portal / IT is of 19th century, they just changed interface or something and all existing settings including username & password just gone, need to reset it again by entering half dozen personal info again and all you got at the end is - oops! something went wrong at our end, try it again, and again, and again ...I'm changing the Bank!
