Made a reservation just to find out the next day somebody took my unit that I reserved. With email confirmation, and all I was told to wait for a representative to call me and they never did nothing was done to accommodate me just was A sales representative try to upsell me to a bigger unit for more money I would store my things elsewhere. Very Unprofessional!!!
And stop asking customers to leave a Google review it’s not honest. You have to EARN a Google review.

The facility is gorgeous—super clean and well-lit. I haven't been there during business hours to interact with the staff on-site.
However, my only concern is with the billing and their ability to increase your rate at any time for any reason. I am also unhappy with the online customer support regarding this issue; their responses feel very scripted and lack a personal touch or empathy. The facility itself is 5 stars..... The overall rating as a company is 4.
