The young gentleman at the register completely changed my experience. He was incredibly kind, polite, and spoke to every customer with genuine respect. When it was my turn, he smiled, welcomed me warmly, and patiently helped me find the beer I was looking for. Even though there was a line, he treated every customer equally—like each person mattered.
