I would say I had a very good experience with pep boys except 1 thing. The price of the timing belt on my car should not cost 5 times more than it actually should. A timing belt alone for a 2011 chevy cruze should cost anywhere from 60 to 100 dollars not 232 dollars. They need to rethink some prices on parts if ya ask me.

The only reason I’m not giving them a five star review is because I called the next day to request my old tires and was told it has to be done at the time of my appointment. I was not asked if I wanted them back upon checking in but felt like a day should not matter.
