Love that you can use food stamps at the market and UNC will also "double your bucks" up to $10, a nice little perk for food stamp users. I love the selection of vendors and their items. Our favorites are Matson's Mushrooms, Fuller's Overlook Farm, and Beta Bread. Visit every weekend and am never disappointed.

A very cute community staple that more people should support. Veggies, meat, eggs, cheese, mushrooms, and more

This is relocated indoors during colder months, at this point its held at 503 Cedar Ave, and the hours are 10am - 1pm. The info online was not accurate, its 1/2 block away than noted address, and closes 1 hour sooner. I've only gone twice so far. Its few dealers but quality items, worth the trip. All dealers have been very friendly. Great vegetables.

Small farmers market but the few vendors they have are great. Organic veggies and meats as well as mushrooms! Street parking is easy. Get there early as things can sell out quickly.

I'm always disappointed because of the limited variety of produce. Some don't bother to clean excess soil, and the dill every year is past it's prime. Don't bother asking any questions they really don't know. Don't allow them to choose and bag any individual pieces of veg because they will always put in at least one inedible item. Don't buy pre husked corn because the abundant flies get it before you will. The snack area offers burgers and such. The eating area is feet away from the dusty dirt parking lot NEXT TO THE BATHROOM DOORS. Table and chairs are not cleaned routinely. I don't want to know anything about the bathroom. I go there because it's the only one I can get to.

This is a small market, but it runs year round and is on Saturday (10 to 2). In the summer it is behind the bank on Willow St., and in the winter it is in the United Neighborhood center on Cedar Ave. There are vegetables, meat and baked goods and the products are always fresh.

Love supporting my local community. They have a wonderful arrangement of vendors that hit all areas; meats, produce, artists, self care, etc. Although it's small it makes a huge impact.

They have a great safety protocol. Masks, hand sanitizer and social distancing. Canned Classics is a trusted vendor for great salsa, Zickles, chutney and other goodies. Perfect for Gifts! Quails r us sausage and eggs are the best!

Always love this market. Every Saturday from 10am - 2pm. It has some vendors that are there every Saturday. A number of others that are only a few times a month. But, everything is beautiful and fresh! You can even place orders with some of the vendors.
