Found an abandoned kitten and they gave us food even though they couldn't take him in

I found a kitten in the garbage and I reached out for help with an eye issue and they immediately responded helped me with eye cream told me the kittens sex and a cat carrier so we can keep this little kitten off the streets and out of the shelters!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!
