Store is not helpful and doesn't care about the customer after the sale. Had placed an order for pickup. It was not ready when I got there nor was it ready 3 hours after. The only solution that was offered was to have them call customer service and wait for them to correct the order. Or buy it outright and hope that they credit me on the back end. But if they don't I can always return it up to 30 days after purchase. I opted to wait for customer service they set up some BS order to ship to my house. Turns out that order doesn't exist. I would never have gotten my product. Manager threatened to kick me out because I was too loudly complaining about my situation.

Read your contracts, ensure any 'promotions/deals' are legit. The self entitled reps at this store lie and have no interest in actually working. I needed 2 new lines and to cancel a smartwatch I have been paying for 2 years that stopped working after a month- vetizon also does not stand behind the products they sell. When I insisted on handling canceling the watch first so I didn't get stuck with service I don't use again... he attempted to 'put me in my place' is the only way I could describe it and told me to call customer service and walked away. I left and did just that.. THEY were nice/helpful and I WAS irate by that time. I was a customer for 2 decades.. Thanks for motivating me to switch.

Visited store this morning. Steve was so helpful. I spent about an hour with Verizon on phone yesterday. Was disconnected, agent never called me back. Today, Steve told me what my issue was and I was able to rectify the problem. Now I am able to use my phone without issues. Thanks, Steve.

Wanted to add my sister to my plan nd tried calling here to see if they had the phone she wanted in stock. Phone number is just customer service I so physically went to the store and had to wait 20 minutes in line to speak to someone.I looked up the next closest store on Keyser Ave while I waited and called them. Got a person immediately and they confirmed they had the phone. Walked out and went to Scranton and had a great experience there.I get this story is busy because it’s corporate and third party retailers aren’t technically the same thouh they did everything I personally needed them to, but why would you not have a landline? I wouldn’t mind waiting in line if I could get on the phone with a AN ACTUAL PERSON WORKING AT THE STORE AND NOT A ROBOT OR SOMEONE OVERSEAS to confirm what’s in stock before I wait half an hour just to maybe be told it’s not there

Update: 6 hours on the phone, in a store, or in chat..Zero stars. Cannot contact the store directly. Someone walked into the store this morning and Kathalynas helped them to my account, and now my personal information has been compromised. I have spent over 3 hours on the phone with Verizon to no avail trying to get my account back, and the endless emails and text messages to stop.What verification went into assuring the associate she was speaking with me? This person has hacked my Verizon account, my email account, made purchases on my account. I cannot even access my own account.

Wonderful experience at this local Verizon! I originally went to Clark’s summit, which I found out was a third party after the fact. They scammed me out of three phones I returned with them, and the general manager Taylor, took her time reaching out to customer service with me to solve the issue. I originally was dealing with a gentleman, but when he realized what was going on, he immediately got the head person. She stayed with me until everything was resolved and apologized for something she did not cause. I felt truly valued, and my experience with this store, and the manager, is the only reason I’m keeping my family with the company. Thank you for all of your help!
