Slowest service I've ever encountered at wells fargo. Sat in the drive through after sending in my deposits for 15 minutes watching everyone in the branch doing nothing. In the meantime they waited on a gentleman who walked up to the drive through window. I'll definitely drive out of my way to a different branch next time.

Bad customer service,being customer for 10 years even my mortgage got many accounts trough them, when there to open business account Megan very rude person an a nasty customer service totally refuse to open account for no good reason..only excuse was i dont feel comfortable open the account for you!.

Customer service is great but switching banks. Someone took my account and DID fraudulent activity online and the customer service number in the back refused to reimburse. Your money is not safe here. Safer with chime.
